2011 Tour Of Qatar
The 2011 Tour of Qatar was the tenth edition of the Tour of Qatar cycling stage race. It was rated as a 2.1 event on the UCI Asia Tour, and was held from 6 February to 11 February 2011, in Qatar. The previous race was won by Wouter Mol of . Teams Sixteen teams competed in the 2011 Tour of Qatar. These included ten UCI ProTour teams, five UCI Professional Continental teams, and one Continental team. Each team entered a squad of eight riders, giving the Tour a peloton of 158 riders. Mark Renshaw
Mark Renshaw (born 22 October 1982) is a retired Australian racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2004 and 2019 for the , , , , and teams. His most notable wins are the general classification of the 2011 Tour of Qatar, and the one-day race Clásica de Almería in 2013. Fabian Cancellara
Fabian Cancellara (born 18 March 1981), nicknamed "Spartacus", is a Swiss cycling executive, businessman and former professional road racing cyclist who last rode for UCI ProTeam . He was born in Wohlen bei Bern, Switzerland. Cancellara began road cycling after falling in love with an old bike at the age of thirteen. Dominique Rollin
Dominique Rollin (born 29 October 1982) is a Canadian former professional cyclist. Born in Boucherville, Quebec, Rollin began his professional career in 2001 with the team Sympatico High Speed-Jet Fuel Coffee and again the following year, 2002 with Sympatico Edition Haute Vitese. He then spent three years in France racing as an elite amateur under director-sportif Guy Gallopin for the Roubaix team. Graeme Allen Brown OAM (born 9 April 1979) is an Australian former professional cyclist, who competed professionally between 2002 and 2016 for the , and teams. A former Australian Institute of Sport scholarship holder, Brown's greatest success as a road cyclist came in the Tour de Langkawi in Malaysia, including a record-breaking 5 stage wins in 2005 and winning the Points Classification in 2003 and 2005. Matt Brammeier
Matthew Martin Brammeier (born 7 June 1985) is a former professional cyclist, who competed professionally between 2006 and 2018 for nine different professional teams. Upon retiring, Brammeier became a coach for British Cycling. He won five titles at the Irish National Cycling Championships, winning the road race four times and the time trial once. Career Born in Liverpool, Brammeier was selected to ride the 2003 UCI Track Cycling World Championships and represented Wales at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Brammeier rode for DFL-Cyclingnews-Litespeed in 2006 and signed for Profel Ziegler Continental Team for the 2007 season. Gert Steegmans (born 30 September 1980 in Hasselt) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer who last rode for UCI ProTeam . Juan Antonio Flecha Giannoni (born 17 September 1977) is an Argentine-born Spanish former professional road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional between 2000 and 2013.
