The 2011 Japanese Super Cup was held on 26 February 2011 between the 2010 J.League champions Nagoya Grampus and the 2010 Emperor's Cup winner Kashima Antlers. The match was drawn at the end of regulation time and Nagoya Grampus went on to win the match 3–1 in penalties. Nagoya Grampus
(formerly known as ) is a Japanese association football club that plays in the J1 League, following promotion from the J2 League in 2017. Based in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture and founded as the company team of the Toyota Motor Corp. in 1939, the club shares its home games between Mizuho Athletic Stadium (capacity 27,000 and the J.League's oldest serving stadium) and the much larger Toyota Stadium in the suburb of Toyota (capacity 45,000). The team had its most successful season up to 1995 when it was managed by Arsène Wenger, well known for his subsequent exploits at Arsenal. They won the Emperor's Cup and finished second in the J.League, with Dragan Stojković and Gary Lineker on the team. Daiki Iwamasa
is a Japanese professional football manager and former player, who manages J1 League club Kashima Antlers. He also played for the Japan national team. Club career Iwamasa was born in Suo-Oshima, Yamaguchi on 30 January 1982. He was educated at and played for Iwakuni High School and Tokyo Gakugei University before turning professional. He started his professional career at Kashima Antlers where he later became one of the club's longest serving players. He became a regular player at center back from late first season. Keiji Yoshimura
is a former Japanese football player. His elder brother Koji is also a former footballer. Playing career Yoshimura was born in Sakawa, Kochi on August 8, 1979. Yoshinari Takagi
is a former Japanese football player. Playing career Takagi was born in Edogawa, Tokyo on May 20, 1979. After dropped out from Kokushikan University, he joined J1 League club Verdy Kawasaki (later ''Tokyo Verdy'') in 2000. Keiji Tamada
is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a forward for V-Varen Nagasaki. Club career Tamada joined Kashiwa Reysol from Narashino High School in 1999. His debut was the game against Avispa Fukuoka on 13 March 1999. Kashiwa Reysol won the J.League Cup tile that year. He was not a key player from the start.
