The 2011 J. League Cup Final was the 20th final of the J. League Cup competition. The final was played at Tokyo National Stadium in Tokyo on 29 October 2011. The match was contested between the Urawa Red Diamonds who were defeated by the Kashima Antlers in extra time. , colloquially Urawa Reds (浦和レッズ), also known as Mitsubishi Urawa Football Club from April 1992 to January 1996, is a professional football club in the city of Saitama, part of the Greater Tokyo Area in Japan. Matthew Thomas Spiranovic (born 27 June 1988) is a former Australian soccer player who played as a defender. Spiranovic started his career with Melbourne Victory, making one competitive appearance before being released with the consent of coach Ernie Merrick to join German Bundesliga club 1. FC Nürnberg. Spiranovic struggled in his new climate with both injuries and form, making just 28 first team appearances over four seasons with the German club, playing more frequently for the club's second side. Keisuke Tsuboi
is a Japanese former professional footballer who played as a defender. Club career Tsuboi was educated at and played for Yokkaichi Chuo Technical High School and Fukuoka University. After graduating from the university in 2002, he joined Urawa Red Diamonds and immediately broke into the first team. His first appearance came on 3 March 2002 against Yokohama F. is a Japanese football player. Playing career Yamagishi was born in Kumagaya on 17 May 1978. After graduating from Chukyo University, he joined J1 League club Urawa Reds based in his local Saitama Prefecture in 2001. He debuted in 2002 and became a regular goalkeeper.
