2011 Girls' Generation Tour
''Girls' Generation Tour'' is the second concert tour by South Korean girl group Girls' Generation. The concert tour kicked off in Seoul and continued in Taipei and Singapore. Girls' Generation performed their first ever concert in Hong Kong on January 15, 2012. Background The tour was announced by SM Entertainment in June 2011. The tickets for the tour went on sale on June 7, 2011, on Gmarket. The concert takes approximately three hours. The Singapore concert production cost S$1.8 million said by the organizers Running Into The Sun (RITS) and Conceptual. The concert will feature the standard massive LED screens and lasers as well as new elements like trapezes and two custom-built stages with three walkways between them. Girls' Generation
Girls' Generation (), also known as SNSD, is a South Korean girl group formed by SM Entertainment. The group is composed of eight members: Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, and Seohyun. Originally a nine-piece ensemble, Jessica departed from the group in September 2014.
