The Second Stage of the 2011 Copa Santander Libertadores de América ran from February 9 to April 20, 2011 (match days: February 9, 15–17, 22–24, March 1–3, 8–10, 15–17, 22–24, 30–31, April 5–7, 12–14, 19–20). Format Twenty-six teams qualified directly into this round, to be joined by the six winners of the 2011 Copa Libertadores First Stage, first stage. Estadio Alfonso Lastras is a multi-use unfinished stadium in San Luis Potosí City, San Luis Potosí, Mexico. It is currently used mostly for association football, football matches, and also music concerts. It used to be the home stadium of San Luis F.C. but after it dissolved, Atlético San Luis is the current team that play in Alfonso Lastras. The stadium holds 25,709 people and was built in 2002. It is named after the late Alfonso Lastras Ramírez, who was co-founder of an early football club called Atlético Potosino, Cachorros de San Luis.
