2011 Conference National Play-off Final
The 2011 Conference Premier play-off Final, known as the 2011 Blue Square Bet Premier play-off Final for sponsorship purposes, was a football match between AFC Wimbledon and Luton Town on 21 May 2011 at the City of Manchester Stadium in Manchester. It was the ninth Conference Premier play-off Final and the first to be played at the City of Manchester Stadium. AFC Wimbledon won the match 4–3 in a penalty shoot-out following a 0–0 draw after extra time to secure promotion to League Two, thus entering the Football League for the first time in the club's nine-year history. 2010–11 Football Conference
The 2010–11 Football Conference season was the seventh season with the Conference consisting of three divisions and the thirty-second season overall. The Conference covers the top two levels of Non-League football in England. The Conference Premier is the fifth highest level of the overall pyramid, whilst the Conference North and Conference South exist at the sixth level. The top team and the winner of the play-off of the National division were promoted to Football League Two, while the bottom four were relegated to the North or South divisions. The champions of the North and South divisions were promoted to the National division, alongside the play-off winners from each division. The bottom three in each of the North and South divisions were relegated to the premier divisions of the Northern Premier League, Isthmian League or Southern League. Kaid Mohamed
Kaid Yusef Mohamed ( ar, قائد يوسف محمد; born 23 July 1984) is a Welsh professional footballer who plays as a winger for club Carmarthen Town. He spent the early part of his career in Welsh football with Ely Rangers, Cwmbrân Town, Llanelli, and Carmarthen Town. He came to prominence in the 2006–07 season, scoring two goals for Carmarthen in their Welsh Cup final victory. He left Carmarthen to go and play in the English Football League after he was handed a professional contract by Swindon Town in June 2007. Ricky Wellard
Ricky Ben Wellard (born 9 May 1988) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Isthmian League club Bedfont Sports. Career Ashford Town (Middlesex) Wellard was born in Hammersmith, London. He came through the ranks of the Ashford Town (Middlesex) and made his debut for the Tangerines against Stourport Swifts on 8 January 2005, as a late sub for Anthony Eggington. Steven Michael Gregory (born 19 March 1987) is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Wycombe Wanderers Gregory began his career as a 15-year-old in the youth ranks of Wycombe Wanderers, his highlight being captaining the side in the Berks & Bucks Senior Cup final win over Milton Keynes Dons. Gareth Stuart Gwillim (born 9 January 1983) is an English professional footballer who plays for Ebbsfleet United as a left back. Career Born in Farnborough, London, Gwillim began his career as a junior at Welling United and Crystal Palace, before moving into non-League football, playing for such teams as Farnborough Town, Ashford Town (Kent), Bishop's Stortford and Histon. Brett Johnson (born 15 August 1985) is an English semi-professional footballer who played in the Football League for Northampton Town, AFC Wimbledon and Brentford. Jamie Christopher Stuart (born 15 October 1976) is an English footballer who plays for Isthmian League South Division club Greenwich Borough as a defender. He started his career in the Football League with Charlton Athletic, Millwall, Bury and Southend United, before dropping into non-League football with Hornchurch, Grays Athletic and Rushden & Diamonds. George Pilkington
George Edward Pilkington (born 7 November 1981) is an English former professional footballer. During his playing career he was a defender, and made 647 league and cup appearances across a 16-year professional career in the English Football League and National League.
