2010 Toronto FC Season
The 2010 MLS season was the fourth season in Toronto FC's existence. The club was looking to make the playoffs for the first time in their history and ultimately fell short. TFC started the season with Preki as the new head coach however, on September 14, 2010, he along with the Director of Soccer Mo Johnston were relieved of their duties; and Nick Dasovic took over as head coach on an interim basis. Toronto Football Club (commonly known as Toronto FC or TFC) is a Canadian professional soccer club based in Toronto. The club competes in Major League Soccer (MLS) as a member of the Eastern Conference. The team plays its home matches at BMO Field, located at Exhibition Place on Toronto's shoreline west of Downtown Toronto. Nana Attakora
Clement "Nana" Attakora-Gyan (born March 27, 1989), known as Nana Attakora and later Clement Attakora, is a Canadian former soccer player and coach, formerly a player and later assistant manager and director of player personnel of Oakland Roots. Career Professional Born in North York, Ontario, Attakora trained with Everton of the English Premier League during the summer of 2007, prior to signing for Toronto FC. He played in five MLS Reserve Division games in his debut season, but suffered from a groin injury for the last part of the season, preventing him from making his first team debut until August 9, 2008, when he played against Colorado Rapids. Amadou Sanyang
Amadou Sanyang (born 1 August 1991) is a Gambian footballer who plays as a defender or midfielder. Career Professional Sanyang began his professional career with Real de Banjul of the Gambian Championnat National D1. Sanyang's time with Real de Banjul was a successful one, and in 2007 he was honoured as the best midfielder in the Gambian League. His play with the Gambian Under-20 National Team sparked interest among Major League Soccer clubs and in early 2009 he was signed by Toronto FC along with a fellow countrymen Emmanuel Gomez. Nick LaBrocca (born December 4, 1984) is a former American association football, soccer player. Career Youth and college LaBrocca played high school soccer at Christian Brothers Academy (New Jersey), Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey before going on to having a three time All-Big East career at Rutgers University. Ty Harden
Robert Tyrel "Ty" Harden (born March 6, 1984) is an American soccer player who last played for Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer. Career Collegiate Harden was a regular for four years at the University of Washington, playing every match of his first two seasons before a minor injury in his junior year. He was named team captain as a junior and senior. Before that, he was Oregon's class 3A Player of the Year twice as a junior and senior. Chad Barrett
Chad Randall Barrett (born April 30, 1985) is an American former professional soccer player who played as a forward. Career College Born in San Diego, Barrett played two seasons of college soccer at UCLA and led the team in assists his second year. He chose to forgo the rest of his college career, signing a Generation adidas contract with MLS. He attended Southridge HS and played Club Soccer for Westside Metros in Beaverton Oregon. O'Brian White
O'Brian White (born 14 December 1985, in Ocho Rios) is a Jamaican former footballer who played as a forward. Joseph Nane Fils Eone (born March 12, 1987 in Yaoundé) is a Cameroonian footballer, who plays for Oakland Roots in the USL Championship. Adrian Cann (born September 19, 1980) is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a defender for Canadian Soccer League club Serbian White Eagles FC. Career College Cann had a college soccer career at the University of Louisville from 2000 to 2003. Cann immediately earned a place in the Cardinals' starting lineup as a freshman, starting 20 games for the team, and was named to first-team All-Conference USA.
