2010 Florida Tuskers Season
The 2010 Florida Tuskers season was the second and final season for the Virginia Destroyers as the Florida Tuskers. They finished with a 5–3 regular season record and lost in the 2010 UFL Championship Game to the Las Vegas Locomotives for a second straight season. Offseason Head coach Jim Haslett left the team in January 2010, becoming the new defensive coordinator for the Washington Redskins. On February 9, 2010, Jay Gruden was named the team's new head coach and general manager by UFL commissioner Michael Huyghue. Jay Gruden
Jay Michael Gruden (born March 4, 1967) is an American football coach and former quarterback who is an offensive consultant for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the head coach of the Washington Redskins from 2014 to 2019 and as offensive coordinator for the Cincinnati Bengals and Jacksonville Jaguars. During his time in the Arena Football League (AFL), he won four ArenaBowls as a player and two more as a head coach. Gruden is the younger brother of former NFL head coach Jon Gruden and was an assistant coach of the 2002 Buccaneers team that won Super Bowl XXXVII. The Arkansas Razorbacks football program represents the University of Arkansas in the sport of American football. Cortez Hankton (born January 20, 1981) is a former American football wide receiver who is currently the wide receivers coach at LSU. He was originally signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He played college football at Texas Southern. He attended St. Augustine High School in New Orleans. Kevin Harris (born November 17, 2000) is an American football running back for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at South Carolina. Early life and high school Harris grew up in Hinesville, Georgia and attended Bradwell Institute. He was named the Georgia Region 2-6A Player of the Year after rushing for 1,680 yards and 16 touchdowns in his junior year. Adrien Carlton Clarke (born March 26, 1981) is a former American football guard. He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the seventh round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Ohio State. Clarke was also a member of the New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, Florida Tuskers and Virginia Destroyers. The Toledo Rockets football team is a college football program in Division I FBS, representing the University of Toledo. The Rockets compete in the Mid-American Conference. Erik Pedersen (American Football)
Erik Stensrud Pedersen (born 11 October 1967) is a former Norwegian footballer who played as left back. Pedersen spent most of his career in Norway, but had a spell in Scotland with Dundee United. Playing career Pedersen played youth football for Storms and Eidanger before joining Odds in 1984. He moved to Tromsø in 1988 and then Viking in 1991. He made ten appearances for Norway between 1990 and 1992 and won the 1991 Tippeligaen with Viking, but his career began to be disrupted by injuries. Pedersen rejoined Odds (now known as Odd Grenland) for a year in 1994 before returning to Viking.
