She is the world record holder in the short course 200-metre butterfly and 400-metre individual medley. Theresa Michalak (born 7 May 1992) is a German competitive swimmer and former European champion. She represented Germany at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, competing in the 200-metre individual medley and 4×200-metre freestyle relay. Michalak holds the German records for the 100-metre and 200-metre individual medley. She won the gold medal in the 100-metre individual medley at the 2011 European Short Course Swimming Championships. Sara Maria Evelina Nordenstam (born 28 February 1983 in Lycksele, Sweden) is a Norwegian swimmer. Nordenstam was born to Swedish parents and lived in Sweden until she was 10, before moving to Oslo. Since 2004 she has been a naturalised citizen of Norway. Nordenstam set a European record in the heats of the 200 meters breaststroke at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. In the final she took the bronze medal with a new European record of 2:23,02, making her the first Norwegian woman to win an Olympic swimming medal. Nordenstam has 16 Norwegian championship medals. is a Japanese swimmer, who specialized in long-distance freestyle and individual medley events. She represented her nation Japan at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has won a career total of six medals (one silver and five bronze) in a major international competition, spanning the Pan Pacific Championships and three editions of the Asian Games (2002 to 2010). Fujino was also a student at Takushoku University in Tokyo.
