2010 FIA GT1 Brno Round
The FIA GT1 Brno round was an auto race held at the Masaryk Circuit, Brno, Czech Republic on 21–23 May 2010. It was the third round of the 2010 FIA GT1 World Championship season. The Brno circuit was last visited by the former FIA GT Championship in 2008. Support series for the event include the FIA GT3 European Championship, Porsche Carrera Cup Italia, and the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo. Brno ( , ; german: Brünn ) is a city in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. Young Driver AMR
Fischer Racing GmbH is an auto racing team founded by Erhard Fischer in 2006 and based in Paderborn, Germany. Initially created to compete in the German SEAT León Supercopa, the team expanded in 2009, purchasing Ford GTs to compete in the German ADAC GT Masters series as well as the FIA GT3 European Championship. During their 2009 European Championship campaign Fischer Racing's Florian Gruber and Christoffer Nygaard won the second race at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. Altfrid Heger is a German racing driver who competed in the 1987 World Touring Car Championship. He won the 1988 Guia Race. Triple H Team Hegersport
Hegersport GmbH is a German auto racing company which serves as organizer for German Porsche Sports Cup series, as well as a racing team which competed in the FIA GT1 World Championship under the title Triple H Team Hegersport. The company was formed in 2000 by racing drivers Altfrid Heger and Christof Maischak in Essen, Germany, originally organizing the V8Star Series for touring cars in Germany and across Europe. Following the end of the V8Stars series in 2004, Hegersport coordinated with Porsche Germany to establish the Sports Cup series, a national series for Porsche drivers. Hegersport also serves as a private customer event organizer, and provides training and safety courses for individuals. Alexandros Margaritis
Alexandros "Alex" Margaritis ( el, Αλέξανδρος Μαργαρίτης; born 20 September 1984) is a Greek-German racing driver who is best known for competing in the German-based Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters touring car championship. Prior to that, his career had focused on formula single seater racing in Europe. Margaritis has dual nationality as a result of his place of birth and Greek parentage. Karting and formula racing Margaritis had his first experience of karting in 1996, and in 1997, he competed in the ICA Junior class, in which he secured the championship runner-up position. He spent the next two seasons competing in the International Junior class in Germany, finishing 4th overall in 1999. Dominik Schwager
Dominik Schwager (born 18 August 1976 in Munich) is a German auto racing driver. Career Schwager's racing career began with karting in Germany, participating in the national championship from 1989 to 1992 before moving to the Junior Karting World Championship in 1993. Schwager went on to win a driver search held by BMW and the ADAC in 1993, earning him an entry in the Formula Junior open wheel series which he went on to win in 1995. Schwager progressed to the German Formula Three Championship, initially finishing second in the B-Cup category before taking on the top tier championship in 1997. Schwager was also selected to be part of the Benetton Formula junior team as part of a development program, aided by backing from BMW. Nicky Pastorelli (born 11 April 1983) is a Dutch professional racing driver. Motorsports career Euro Formula 3000 Born in The Hague, Pastorelli participated in Euro Formula 3000 for Scuderia Fama in 2003. He finished on the podium twice and placed fifth in the season championship. For 2004, Pastorelli signed with the defending champion Draco Junior Team. Mike Hezemans
Mike Hezemans (born 25 July 1969, in Eindhoven) is a professional racecar driver from the Netherlands. Mike is the son of Toine Hezemans and brother of Loris Hezemans. Mike started in karting in 1981, and won the Dutch National Championship in 1984. In 1989 he finished 2nd in the European Championship Formula A and 3rd in the World Championship Formula A. In 1990 Hezemans started racing cars. He entered the Dutch Touring Car Championship, the premier racing series of The Netherlands. He won the fourth race that he competed in and added 2 more victories later that year. in 1991 he moved to the Porsche Supercup and ADAC GT Cup. Mad-Croc Racing was an auto racing team that competed in the FIA GT1 World Championship.
