The 2009–10 season of Hull City is the club's second season in the Premier League. Home games were played at the KC Stadium, which has a capacity of 25,404. Matthew Duke GBE GVCO (born 16 June 1977) is an English former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is currently the goalkeeping coach of Championship side Sheffield United. Career Hull City He joined Hull City on 23 July 2004 from Burton Albion for a fee of £20,000, which could have risen to £60,000 depending on appearances. Geovanni Deiberson Maurício Gómez (born 11 January 1980), known simply as Geovanni, is a Brazilian former professional association football, footballer. Nicholas Jon Barmby (born 11 February 1974) is an English football coach and former professional player. As a player, he played as a midfielder spending nearly his entire career in the Premier League for Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough, Everton, Liverpool and Leeds United. He then had a brief spell with Nottingham Forest in the Football League before finishing his career with home town club Hull City where during an eight-year spell he helped the club earn promotion from League One to the Premier League. Craig Anthony Fagan (born 11 December 1982) is a football coach and former player who was most recently assistant manager of Southend United. He played as a winger or forward, notably in the Premier League for Birmingham City, Derby County and Hull City. Paul David McShane (born 6 January 1986) is an Irish professional football coach and former player who is currently the Professional Development Phase coach at Premier League side Manchester United. Anthony Derek Gardner (born 19 September 1980) is an English former professional footballer who played as a centre back. He played once for the England national team and was bought and sold for millions of pounds in the domestic transfer market. However, his career was dogged with injuries, limiting his appearances. Ian Ashbee (born 6 September 1976) is an English former footballer who retired in 2012 having previously played for Preston North End, Derby County, Cambridge United and Hull City, and in Iceland, on loan to Íþróttafélag Reykjavíkur.
