Hardcourt
A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Tennis Tennis hard courts are made of synthetic/acrylic layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color. These courts tend to play medium-fast to fast because there is little energy absorption by the court, as with grass courts but unlike clay courts. Frederik Nielsen
Frederik Løchte Nielsen (born 27 August 1983) is a former professional tennis player. He was the top ranked player from Denmark in the ATP doubles world rankings. A former Wimbledon men's doubles champion, he peaked at no. 17 in the rankings in April 2013. Nielsen has reached five other doubles finals on tour, winning on two occasions. Nielsen's parents were both tennis players and he picked up the sport at the age of three. Having turned professional in 2001, he began competing on the ITF circuit, winning a singles title every year between 2005 and 2010. Izak van der Merwe (born 26 January 1984) is a retired South African tennis player. Van der Merwe had a career high ATP singles ranking of 113 achieved on 1 August 2011. Noam Okun
Noam Okun ( he, נעם אוקון; born 16 April 1978) is an Israeli retired professional tennis player. He reached a career-high singles ranking of World No. 95 in April 2002. Okun won several challenger tournaments in his career, and was a consistent competitor on the ATP tour, often qualifying for Grand Slam events. He, Harel Levy, and Dudi Sela were Israel's top singles players for a number of years. Okun trained at the Israel Tennis Centers. Early life Okun was born in Haifa, Israel. Grigor Dimitrov
Grigor Dimitrov ( bg, Григор Димитров, ; born 16 May 1991) is a Bulgarian professional tennis player. He has been ranked as high as world No. 3 in singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), which he first achieved on 20 November 2017, making him the highest-ranked Bulgarian player in history. Leonardo Tavares (born 20 February 1984) is a Portuguese professional tennis player. He has regularly competed on the ATP Challenger Tour throughout his career. In August 2010, he achieved a career-high singles world ranking of no. 186. Earlier in his career, Tavares played in the ITF Men's Circuit. However, a breakthrough year in 2009 led him to his first Challenger final in August. Laurynas Grigelis (born August 14, 1991) is a Lithuanian former professional tennis player and a prominent member of the Lithuania Davis Cup team. Grigelis holds the best ATP doubles ranking for Lithuanian player of all time. Grigelis won his first title when he was 18 at a Futures tournament in Wrexham, United Kingdom. On ATP Challenger Tour Grigelis has won 13 titles, one singles and twelve doubles. He won his only singles title in summer 2011 in Aptos, United States. In 2012, Grigelis won five doubles titles. Daniele Bracciali (; born 10 January 1978) is an Italian former tennis player, best ranked world no. 21 in doubles. His career-high ATP singles ranking is world no. 49, achieved in May 2006. In doubles, he reached the semifinals of the 2012 French Open and the quarterfinals of the 2013 Australian Open. In mixed doubles, he reached the semifinals of the 2012 Australian and French Opens. He was banned by the Italian Tennis Federation in 2015 for betting and did not play for several years, but returned in 2017. In November 2018, Bracciali was once again given a life ban having been found guilty by the Tennis Integrity Unit.
