The 2009 SAT Bangkok Open was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was part of the 2009 ATP Challenger Tour. Guillermo Coria
Guillermo Sebastián Coria (born 13 January 1982), nicknamed ''El Mago'' (''The Magician'' in Spanish), is an Argentine retired professional tennis player. He reached a career-high ATP world No. 3 singles ranking in May 2004. Coria achieved his best results on clay, where he won eight of his nine ATP singles titles, and during his prime years in 2003 and 2004 was considered "the world's best clay-court player." He reached the final of the 2004 French Open, where he was defeated by Gastón Gaudio despite serving for the match twice and being up two sets to love. In later years, injuries and a lack of confidence affected his game, and he retired in 2009 at the age of 27. Alexander Mikhailovich Kudryavtsev (russian: Алекса́ндр Миха́йлович Кудря́вцев; born 26 October 1985) is a retired Russian professional tennis player who has played professionally since 2003. He made his breakthrough in 2008, playing in his first top-level international tournaments on the ATP tour, having spent time playing at the ATP Challenger Tour and Futures events. Danai Udomchoke
Danai Udomchoke ( th, ดนัย อุดมโชค, born 11 August 1981) is a former professional tennis player from Thailand. He was born in Bangkok, where he still resides. Udomchoke turned professional in 1997, and was coached by Jan Stoce. He is sponsored by Dunlop Sport for his racquets and apparel. His career-best ranking was World No. 77 on 29 January 2007. Takao Suzuki
is a professional tennis player and a former Japanese No. 1. Tennis career Suzuki reached a career-high singles ranking of World No. 102 in 1998 and has earned nearly three quarters of a million dollars in prize winnings on the ATP Tour. He is well known for his outstanding performances against Roger Federer at the Australian Open in 2005 and the 2006 Tokyo Open. Sergei Bubka (tennis)
Sergei Sergeevich Bubka ( uk, Сергій Сергійович Бубка; born 10 February 1987) is a Ukrainian former professional tennis player. He was a member of the Ukraine Davis Cup team and was coached by Tibor Toth, who is also the former coach of Sergiy Stakhovsky. Bubka is the son of pole vaulter Sergey Bubka. On 1 November 2012, Sergei Bubka was seriously injured in a fall from the third floor of an apartment building in Paris. He returned to play tennis in February 2014. Timothy Smyczek ( ; ; born December 30, 1987) is an American former professional tennis player. He made three quarterfinals on the main tour as well as the semi-finals of Newport in 2018. Additionally he won seven Challenger titles. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 68 in April 2015. Smyczek recorded wins over several notable players in his career including Kei Nishikori, John Isner, Ivo Karlović, Sam Querrey, Robby Ginepri, Gilles Müller, and Benjamin Becker. Noam Okun
Noam Okun ( he, נעם אוקון; born 16 April 1978) is an Israeli retired professional tennis player. He reached a career-high singles ranking of World No. 95 in April 2002. Okun won several challenger tournaments in his career, and was a consistent competitor on the ATP tour, often qualifying for Grand Slam events. He, Harel Levy, and Dudi Sela were Israel's top singles players for a number of years. Okun trained at the Israel Tennis Centers. Early life Okun was born in Haifa, Israel.
