2008 SAP Open – Doubles
The 2008 SAP Open doubles was a men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts in San Jose, California in the United States. Eric Butorac and Jamie Murray were the defending champions. They were both present but did not compete together. Butorac partnered with Todd Perry, but lost in the first round to Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana. Murray partnered with Max Mirnyi, but lost in the quarterfinals to Steve Darcis and Kristof Vliegen. Scott Lipsky
Scott Lipsky (born August 14, 1981 in Merrick, New York) is an American former professional tennis player and coach. As a player, Lipsky was primarily a doubles specialist. As a junior, Lipsky was ranked No. 1 in the U.S. in singles in 1995, and No. 1 in doubles for three straight years, in 1995–97. He won USTA national singles championships at both the 1995 Boys' 14s Clay Court Championships and the 1997 Boys' 16s Clay Court Championships. In doubles, he and Jeremy Wurtzman won the USTA national 1996 and 1997 Boys' 16s Championships, and the 1999 Boys' 18s Clay Court Championships. After losing only one match in high school in New York, he was a three-time All-American for Stanford University, playing both singles and doubles. Chris Haggard
Chris Haggard (born 28 April 1971) is a former professional tennis player from South Africa. After finishing runner-up in the NAIA national men's tennis championship singles draw in 1991 while playing for Auburn University-Montgomery, Haggard turned pro in 1993. Ross Hutchins
Ross Dan Hutchins (born 22 February 1985) is a retired British professional tennis player, known best as a doubles player, who achieved a highest doubles ranking of 26. He competed for England at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi where he won silver partnering Ken Skupski in the Men's Doubles event.
