2008 Oklahoma State Budget
The Oklahoma State Budget for Fiscal Year 2008, was a spending request by Governor Brad Henry to fund government operations for July 1, 2007–June 30, 2008. Governor Henry and legislative leader approved the budget in May 2007. Figures shown in the spending request do not reflect the actual appropriations for Fiscal Year 2008, which must be authorized by the Legislature. The Oklahoma Court System is the judicial system for the U.S. State of Oklahoma. Based in Oklahoma City, the court system is a unified state court system that functions under the Chief Justice of Oklahoma who is its administrator-in-chief.
