2008 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup
The 2008 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup is the first women's football U-17 World Cup in FIFA history. It was held in New Zealand from 28 October to 16 November 2008. It is the officially recognized world championship for women's under-17 national football teams. This was the first women's world youth championship organized by FIFA with the age limit of 17. Host cities Matches were played in four New Zealand cities: * The Auckland conurbation, New Zealand's largest metropolitan area, hosted the final and 3rd place playoff. Dzsenifer Marozsán (; born 18 April 1992) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for French club Olympique Lyonnais, as well as the Germany national team. She previously played for 1. FC Saarbrücken and 1. FFC Frankfurt in the German Frauen Bundesliga. Born in Hungary, she represents Germany at international level.
