2008 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship
The 2008 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship was the eleventh edition of the FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship. The city of Riga, in Latvia, hosted the tournament. Serbia won their second title. Miroslav Raduljica ( sr-cyr, Мирослав Радуљица, born January 5, 1988) is a Serbian professional basketball player for KK Crvena zvezda, Crvena zvezda of the ABA League, Adriatic League and the EuroLeague. Martynas "Marty" Gecevičius (born May 16, 1988) is a Lithuanian professional basketball player for Juventus Utena of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). Giorgi Shermadini ( ka, გიორგი შერმადინი) is a Georgian professional basketball player for Lenovo Tenerife of the Spanish Liga ACB. He was born in the village of Natakhtari, Georgia on April 2, 1989. Slobodan Klipa
Slobodan Klipa ( sr-cyr, Слободан Клипа; born 1 August 1960) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who serves as the U-19 head coach for Qingdao. Playing career A point guard, Klipa played 17 seasons in Yugoslavia from 1979 to 1996. During his playing days, he played for KK Igman, Željezničar Sarajevo, Varda Višegrad, Kvarner, FMP Železnik, and Beopetrol. He retired as a player with Beopetrol in 1996.
