Ipswich Town F
Ipswich () is a port town and borough in Suffolk, England, of which it is the county town. The town is located in East Anglia about away from the mouth of the River Orwell and the North Sea. Ipswich is both on the Great Eastern Main Line railway and the A12 road; it is north-east of London, east-southeast of Cambridge and south of Norwich. Ipswich is surrounded by two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB): Suffolk Coast and Heaths and Dedham Vale. Ipswich's modern name is derived from the medieval name ''Gippeswic'', probably taken either from an Anglo-Saxon personal name or from an earlier name given to the Orwell Estuary (although possibly unrelated to the name of the River Gipping). Watford () is a town and borough in Hertfordshire, England, 15 miles northwest of Central London, on the River Colne. Initially a small market town, the Grand Junction Canal encouraged the construction of paper-making mills, print works, and breweries. While industry has declined in Watford, its location near London and transport links has attracted several companies to site their headquarters in the town. Cassiobury Park is a public park that was once the manor estate of the Earls of Essex. The town developed next to the River Colne on land belonging to St Albans Abbey. Danny Lewis Haynes (born 19 January 1988) is an English former professional footballer, who played as a striker or winger. He played for Ipswich Town, Millwall, Bristol City, Barnsley, Charlton Athletic, Notts County, Hibernian, Crewe Alexandra, Cheltenham Town, Ebbsfleet United, Boreham Wood and Cray Wanderers. Luis Castro Rodríguez (born 21 May 1980 in A Coruña, Galicia), commonly known as Sito, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for SD Logroñés as a defender ( right or left back). Football career After starting professionally with CD Lugo and CD Calahorra, Sito spent three seasons with another Galician club, Racing Club de Ferrol – two in Segunda División and another in Segunda División B. He signed with Ipswich Town on 5 August 2005 on a free transfer, after a trial. Alan Desmond Lee (born 21 August 1978) is an Irish former footballer who played as a striker. He scored 119 goals in 547 appearances in a 19-year professional career in the Football League, and won 10 caps for the Republic of Ireland. He started his career with Aston Villa, also playing on loan at Torquay United and Port Vale. Following a season with Burnley, he signed with Rotherham United in 2000. Gavin John Williams (born 20 July 1980 in Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorgan) is a Welsh former international footballer who was most recently the manager of Merthyr Town. Club career Hereford United Williams started his career as a YTS player at Hereford United having previously trained with Cardiff City. Pablo González Couñago (born 9 August 1979) is a Spanish former footballer who played as a striker. Sylvain Legwinski (born 10 June 1973) is a French former professional footballer, who played as a midfielder. He is now assistant coach at AS Monaco in France. Owen Garvan
Owen William Garvan (born 29 January 1988) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Garvan began his career in his native Ireland where he played for Home Farm as a schoolboy. He earned a move to England with Ipswich Town in 2004, where he helped his side to the FA Youth Cup Final in 2005. He made his professional debut in the 2005–06 season and went on to make 174 appearances for the club, scoring 15 goals. Richard Alan Naylor (born 28 February 1977) is an English former footballer who played as a centre-back.
