2007 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup
The 2007 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the sixth edition of the annual women's volleyball tournament, played by twelve countries from June 19 to June 30, 2007 in Colima, Mexico. The intercontinental event served as a qualifier for the 2008 FIVB World Grand Prix in the Yokohama Arena in Yokohama, Japan. The winner of each pool automatically advanced to the semi-finals and the teams placed in second and third met in crossed matches in the quarterfinals round. Camila Brait
Camila de Paula Brait (born October 28, 1988) is a volleyball player from Frutal, Brazil, who plays as a libero. She currently defends Osasco Voleibol Clube and is retired from the Brazilian national team. She won the silver medal while representing Brazil at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Career She started her career defending URS/Sacramento. After that, she played in several other teams, which were SESI/Uberlândia, Praia Clube-MG, São Caetano/MonBijou and Osasco, named Finasa/Osasco at the time she joined the club. Carmen Rosa Caso Sierra (born November 29, 1981 in Santo Domingo) is a retired volleyball player from the Dominican Republic, who won the bronze medal with the Dominican women's national team at the 2007 NORCECA Championship. She also became "Best Libero" of the event. Career At the volleyball tournament during the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games, she won the "Best Libero" award and the gold medal. Yokohama Arena
is an indoor arena located in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The capacity of the arena is 17,000 and was opened in 1989.
