2007 Thailand League Division 1
The 2007 Thailand League Division 1 was played in two groups of 12 teams. The top two teams of each group were promoted and the bottom five teams of each group were relegated as the Thai football league system was in the process of being restructured. Customs Department were crowned champions after winning the end of season championship finals played between the promoted sides. Thailand Division 1 League
Thai League 2 ( th, ไทยลีก 2), commonly known as the T2, formally called Thai Division 1 League, is the second-tier professional league in the Thai football league system. The top 3 are promoted to Thai League 1 at the end of the season, whilst four are relegated to Thai League 3. For the 2008 season, the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) reduced the number of teams in the league to 16 teams. Previously there had been two groups of 12 clubs. For the 2011 season the number of teams was increased to 18 teams, The Thai Division 1 League is a season run from March to October, with teams playing 34 games each totalling 306 games in the season. In 2016, the Khǒr Royal Cup became a trophy for Thai Division 1 League. In 2017 the Football Association of Thailand changed the name to Thai League 2. Provincial League
Provincial League (formerly known as Professional League) also known as Pro League was the old regional Football league in Thailand in 1999–2008. It was founded in 1999 under the name "Provincial League" organized by Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and Ministry of Tourism and Sports. The name was changed to "Professional League" in 2004 and then changed back to "Provincial League" in 2007. Before combining with Thailand Division 2 League in 2009, The Pro League was contested by clubs from provinces of Thailand divided into 5 regions. During 1999–2004, Provincial League was competed parallel with Thai Premier League (also see Thai football league system). Surat Thani FC
Surat Thani Football Club ( th, สโมสรฟุตบอลจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี) is a Thailand football club, nicknamed ''The Roosters'' and based in Surat Thani Province located in the south of Thailand. The club is currently playing in the Thailand Amateur League Southern region. Thailand Division 2 League
Thai League 4 ( th, ไทยลีก 4), commonly known as the T4, was the fourth level association football league in Thailand. In 2009, it was divided into five groups by geographic region. Each group contained 16 clubs except for the Southern Region group which contained 13 clubs. It was sponsored by Advanced Info Service, AIS and therefore officially known as the AIS Regional League Division 2. In 2016, Khor Royal Cup became a trophy for Regional League Division 2. In 2017, Football Association of Thailand rebranded the league to Thai League 4. League history The 3rd Level League was formed in 2006 with ten member clubs.
