Pan American Judo Championships
The Pan American Judo Championships are continental judo Championships organized by the Pan American Judo Confederation since 2009. Previous championships were organized by the Panamerican Judo Union. From 2022 they are renamed to Pan American-Oceania Judo Championships. José Camacho (judoka)
José Gregorio Camacho Lascarro (born April 26, 1983 in Barinas) is a Venezuelan judoka, who played for the middleweight category. He is a two-time Olympian, a three-time medalist at the Pan American Judo Championships, and a bronze medalist for his division at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Camacho made his official debut for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, where he lost the first preliminary match of men's middleweight class (90 kg), with an ippon and a kuchiki-taoshi (single leg takedown), to Argentina's Eduardo Costa. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, Camacho competed for the second time in men's 90 kg class. Tiago Henrique de Oliveira Camilo (born 24 May 1982) is a judoka from Brazil, who won the silver medal in the lightweight (−73 kg) division at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He also won a gold medal at the 2007 World Judo Championships, and was the third Brazilian to become a world champion in judo, after João Derly and Luciano Correa. Aaron Cohen (born September 28, 1981) is an American former judoka. He was a 5-time US national champion (2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009), and earned a silver medal in the 2008 US Olympic trials. He earned a bronze medal at the 2009 Maccabiah Games in Israel. Biography He is the son of Irwin Cohen, a former Olympian, is Jewish, and lives in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Emmanuel "Emma" Lucenti (born 23 November 1984) is a judoka from Argentina. He competed at the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics in the men's half-middleweight (-81 kg). Nicholas "Nick" Tritton (born 20 July 1984 in Guelph, Ontario) is a male judoka who grew up in the Perth/Lanark area of Ontario Canada.
