The Senate is the upper chamber of Nigeria's bicameral legislature, the National Assembly of Nigeria. Rivers State, also known as Rivers, is a state in the Niger Delta region of southern Nigeria (Old Eastern Region). Wilson Asinobi Ake (born 21 September 1955) is a former member of the Senate of Nigeria who represented the Rivers West senatorial district from 2007 to 2015.
