2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Three
The 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Three was a cricket tournament played in Darwin, Australia between 27 May and 2 June 2007. The tournament formed part of the qualification structure for the 2011 World Cup as well as part of the wider ICC World Cricket League. At the end of the tournament, the teams were distributed in the divisions of the ICC World Cricket League as follows: *1st and 2nd place: 2007 Division Two *3rd and 4th place: 2009 Division Three *5th to 8th place: 2008 Division Four Teams USA, Papua New Guinea and Uganda qualified due to their participation in the 2005 ICC Trophy The 2005 ICC Trophy was a cricket tournament held in Ireland between 1 July and 13 July 2005. Matías Paterlini (born 31 December 1977) is an Argentine cricketer who plays as an opening batsman. Paterlini has represented his national team since the mid 1990s. Growing up he has played cricket in his home country Argentina, as well as overseas in South Africa and England. Esteban Nino (born May 5, 1986) is an Argentine cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. He was born in Buenos Aires. Nino's debut cricket match was contested between the North and South of Argentina, in 2002, Nino representing the North along with future first-class team-mates Gaston Arizaga and Alejandro Ferguson. The following year, Nino represented the youth national team in four games in the Americas Under-19 Championship, and again in the same competition during 2005. Diego Lord (born 26 September 1977) is an Argentine cricketer who plays for Lomas Athletic Club. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who has played for Argentina since 1997. He was born in Buenos Aires. Lord made his ICC Trophy debut in 1997, in a defeat against Malaysia, and took one wicket, despite being out for a duck in his innings. He played four more matches during the competition, scoring just one run in all the games combined, fewer than any other Argentine batsman who played more than one game in the competition.
