2007 FC Moscow Season
The 2007 FC Moscow season was the club's 4th season in existence after taking over the licence of Torpedo-Metallurg in 2004. They finished the season in 4th place, qualifying for the UEFA Cup, were runners up to Lokomotiv Moscow in the 2006–07 Russian Cup and were knocked out of the 2007–08 Russian Cup at the Quarterfinal stage by Amkar Perm. FC Moscow (Russian: Футбольный клуб Москва) was a Russian football club based in Moscow. History The creation of the team was first announced by the Moscow government on 1 March 2004. FC Moscow was formed on the base of FC Torpedo-Metallurg. The team played in the Russian Cup final in 2007. Moscow's best result in Russian Premier League was a 4th position in 2007. On 14 December 2007, Oleg Blokhin was announced as FC Moscow's new manager with Leonid Slutsky having left at the end of the 2007 season. Alexandru Epureanu
Alexandru Epureanu (born 27 September 1986) is a Moldovan professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Süper Lig club Ümraniyespor and the Moldova national team. Club career Born in Chișinau, Epureanu joined FC Sheriff Tiraspol in summer 2004. He has won Moldovan Footballer of the Year in 2007, 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2018. Since playing for FC Sheriff Tiraspol, he has gone on to play for Dinamo Moscow. On 2 July 2014, Epureanu signed for İstanbul Başakşehir. Kirill Anatolyevich Nababkin (russian: Кирилл Анатольевич Набабкин; born 8 September 1986) is a Russian football player who plays for Russian Premier League side CSKA Moscow. Career Nabakin began his youth career with FC Moscow. In December 2009 he left the club and signed with the local rival CSKA Moscow. He joined the new club for free. Pompiliu Sorin Stoica (; born 10 September 1976) is a Romanian former footballer and currently assistant manager for Liga III club CSO Plopeni. SK Sigma Olomouc is a Czech football club from the city of Olomouc. The club currently plays in the Czech First League, the first tier of Czech football. Roman Hubník (; born 6 June 1984) is a retired Czech professional association football, football Defender (association football), defender.
