The 2007 CFL Draft took place on Wednesday, May 2, 2007. 47 players were chosen from among 911 eligible players from Canadian Universities across the country, as well as Canadian players playing in the NCAA. Chris Bauman
Chris Bauman is a Canadian football wide receiver-slotback for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted first overall by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the 2007 CFL Draft and spent four seasons with the team before joining the Eskimos. He played CIS football for the Regina Rams and was the first player from the University of Regina to be selected first overall in the CFL Draft. Amateur career Bauman played four seasons for the University of Regina Rams in the CIS. Prior to playing for the Rams, he suited up for the Winnipeg Rifles of the Canadian Junior Football League in 2003 and played football at Vincent Massey High School in Brandon. Adam Nicolson (Canadian Football)
Adam Nicolson (born August 13, 1984) is a former wide receiver in the CFL. He wears the number 84, weighs 219 lbs. and is 6'4 tall. Nicolson attended the University of Ottawa and played for the Ottawa Gee-Gees. From 2004 to 2006, he played in 19 games, in which Nicolson had 88 catches for 1572 yards. He also scored 12 touchdowns. In his playoff career, Nicolson averaged 69 receiving yards per game. During the 2006 Mitchell Bowl, he had 6 catches for 109 yards and a touchdown versus the Saskatchewan Huskies. BC Lions
The BC Lions are a professional Canadian football team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Lions compete in the West Division of the Canadian Football League (CFL), and play their home games at BC Place. The Calgary Dinos are the athletic teams that represent the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. They were known as the "Dinosaurs" but usually referred to as the "Dinos" until 1999, when the name was officially shortened. Some of its venues are the Jack Simpson Gymnasium (basketball m/w, volleyball m/w, track and field m/w), McMahon Stadium (football, soccer m/w), Hawkings Field (field hockey), University of Calgary Aquatic Centre (swimming, often shortened to Aquatic Centre) and a 200m Running Track (cross-country and track & field practices). The Montreal Alouettes (Canadian French, French: Les Alouettes de Montréal) are a professional Canadian football team based in Montreal, Quebec. Jabari Arthur (born August 28, 1982) is a Canadian football coach who serves as the offensive coordinator for the Calgary Dinos of U Sports football. He is a former professional wide receiver who played for eight years in the Canadian Football League (CFL).
