2007 A-League Pre-Season Challenge Cup
The 2007 A-League Pre-Season Challenge Cup competition was held in July and August in the lead-up to the start of the A-League 2007-08 season. The opening round started on 14 July 2007. The competition featured a group stage, with three regular rounds, followed by a two-week finals playoff. In previous years, the Pre-Season Cup was used to enhance the A-League's profiles by playing pre-season games in regional centres. In 2007 venues included Sunshine Coast, Launceston, Canberra, Port Macquarie, Darwin, Orange and Geelong. The group stage had a bonus point system. One point was awarded for 2 goals in a match, two points for 3 and three points for 4 or more goals in a match. Adelaide United Football Club is a professional soccer club based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Central Coast Mariners Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Gosford, on the Central Coast of New South Wales. Daniel Allsopp
Daniel Lee Allsopp (born 10 August 1978) is an Australian former soccer player who played as a striker. As a player he notably played for Manchester City for several seasons and was part of their team that earned promotion back to the Premier League in 2000, whilst also spending time on loan with Notts County, Wrexham and Bristol Rovers. Peter Daniel Green (born 29 May 1978) is a retired Australian soccer referee in the Australian A-League. Green has been FIFA listed since 2006 and a member of the AFC Elite Referees Panel since 2008. He has refereed in three A-League Grand Final matches. He was the A-League referee of the year in 2013 and 2014. Career Green took up refereeing as a teenager, progressing to National Soccer League level in 2000. He has refereeing in the top tier of Australian soccer since 2002. Srebre Delovski
Strebre Delovski (born 13 October 1975) is a retired Australian soccer referee in the A-League. He previously officiated in the Illawarra Premier League and during the A-League off-season has been refereeing in the NSW Premier League competition. In 2005 and 2007 he was named NSW Premier League Referee of the Year. Delovski was the referee for the first leg of the 2009 OFC Champions League Final between Auckland City and Koloale. Central Coast Stadium (known originally as Grahame Park), known commercially as Industree Group Stadium is a sports venue in Gosford, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
