Shahar Pe'er
Shahar Pe'er ( he, שחר פאר, ; born ) is an Israeli retired tennis player. Pe'er won five singles and three doubles titles on the WTA Tour, as well as four singles and three doubles titles on the ITF circuit in her career. She reached her best singles ranking of world number 11, the highest of any Israeli tennis player in history, in January 2011. She peaked at number 14 in the doubles rankings in May 2008. Pe'er is widely regarded as the most successful Israeli female tennis player in history, having twice reached a Grand Slam quarterfinal in singles and appeared in the doubles final of the 2008 Australian Open, with Victoria Azarenka of Belarus. Meghann Shaughnessy (born April 13, 1979 in Richmond, Virginia) is an American former professional tennis player. Jamea Jackson ( ; born September 7, 1986) is an American former Women's Tennis Association (WTA) player and current United States Tennis Association (USTA) coach. İpek Şenoğlu (born 8 June 1979), nicknamed İpeko, is a former Turkish tennis player. She first made history in June 2004, when she was accepted into the women's doubles qualifying for The Championships, Wimbledon, Wimbledon. Though Şenoğlu did not advance into the main draw of Wimbledon, she became the first Turk ever to play in a qualifying tournament for a Grand Slam (tennis), Grand Slam event. On 15 May 2005, Venus Williams played a show game with Şenoğlu on the Bosporus Bridge in Istanbul, the first tennis match ever to be played across two continents.
