Gerardo Clemente Vega
Gerardo Clemente R. Vega García (28 March 1940 – 22 June 2022) was a Mexican general who served from 2000 to 2006 as Minister of Defense. Biography Vega studied at the Heróico Colegio Militar., he received a bachelor's degree in administration from the ''Escuela Superior de Guerra'' and a master's degree in security and national defense from the ''Colegio de la Defensa Nacional''. He was a professor of the ''Heróico Colegio Militar'' and of the ''Escuela Superior de Guerra'' and served as Director of the ''Colegio de la Defensa Nacional'' and Rector of the ''Universidad del Ejército y la Fuerza Aérea.'' Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada (born 11 April 1956 in Mexico City) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party who served as Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources in the cabinet of Felipe Calderón. He is also a former Municipal President of Uruapan, Michoacán. José Luis Luege Tamargo (born November 9, 1953, in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican politician and bureaucrat. Luege holds a degree in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering at UNAM, where he taught for five years. He obtained two specialties in iron and steel processes, one at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and another at the "National Center for Iron and Steel Processes" in Madrid. He worked for 14 years in the national iron and steel industry. Rodolfo Elizondo Torres (born July 18, 1946 in Durango) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the . Elizondo Torres holds a bachelor's degree in administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). Political career Elizondo has been a member of the PAN since the early 1980s. In 1983 he was elected municipal president (mayor) of Victoria de Durango. The Mexican Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare ( es, Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social, ''STPS'') is a Federal Government Department in charge of all social health services in the Mexican Republic.
