American League East
The American League East is one of Major League Baseball's six divisions. MLB consists of an East, Central, and West division for each of its two 15-team leagues, the American League (AL) and National League (NL). This division was created before the start of the season along with the American League West division. Before that time, each league consisted of 10 teams without any divisions. Four of the division's five teams are located in the Eastern United States, with the other team, the Toronto Blue Jays, in Eastern Canada. It is currently the only division that contains a non-American team. Suzyn Waldman
Suzyn Waldman (born ) is an American sportscaster and former musical theater actress. Since the 2005 season, she has been the color commentator for New York Yankees baseball, working with John Sterling on radio broadcasts, first for WCBS-AM and currently for WFAN in New York City. Early life and career Waldman was born in Newton, Massachusetts, the daughter of Jeanne and Philip Waldman. She loved baseball from childhood; she recalls going to a game with her grandfather when she was three and a half years old. She also has joked that she chose Simmons College because it was near Fenway Park. She graduated from Simmons with a degree in Economics. Prior to her broadcasting career, Waldman worked for many years as an actress and singer in musical theater. Her most notable role was as Dulcinea in ''Man of La Mancha.'' Sean Michael Henn (born April 23, 1981) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. Henn attended McLennan Community College in Texas, and was drafted in the 26th round in 2000 by the New York Yankees. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Yankees, San Diego Padres, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles and New York Mets. He also played in the KBO League for the Hanwha Eagles. Kyle Lynn Farnsworth (born April 14, 1976) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He has played for the Chicago Cubs (1999–2004), Detroit Tigers (2005, 2008), Atlanta Braves (2005, 2010), New York Yankees (2006–2008), Kansas City Royals (2009–2010), Tampa Bay Rays (2011–2013), Pittsburgh Pirates (2013), New York Mets (2014), Houston Astros (2014) in Major League Baseball, and for the Pericos de Puebla (2015) and the Broncos de Reynosa (2016) of the Mexican League. Scott Gavin Erickson (born February 2, 1968) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. He played for the Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, New York Mets, Texas Rangers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and New York Yankees over 15 seasons. He was a member of the World Series champion Twins. Octavio Eduardo Dotel Diaz (born November 25, 1973) is a Dominican former professional baseball pitcher. Dotel played for 13 major league teams, the second most teams played for by any player in the history of Major League Baseball (MLB), setting the mark when he pitched for the Detroit Tigers on April 7, 2012, breaking a record previously held by Mike Morgan, Matt Stairs, and Ron Villone. During his career, he threw an 88–92 mph sinker, a big curveball, a slider, and a changeup. Randall Colter Bean (born January 16, 1977) is a former professional relief pitcher. Career Bean attended Vestavia Hills High School in Birmingham before attending Auburn University. Bean played in the College World Series and was named All- SEC second team in 2000. Bean still holds the Auburn team record with 108 games pitched and 106 games relieved in his NCAA career.
