2005–06 Ukrainian Cup
The Ukrainian Cup 2005–06 is the 15th annual edition of Ukraine's football knockout competition, known as the Ukrainian Cup. The winner of this competition was Dynamo Kyiv. FC Dynamo Kyiv
Football Club Dynamo Kyiv (, ) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. Founded in 1927 as a Kyivan football team of republican branch of the bigger Soviet Dynamo Sports Society, the club as a separate business entity was officially formed only in 1989 and currently plays in the Ukrainian Premier League, and has never been relegated to a lower division. The club has secured brand rights from the Ukrainian Dynamo society and has no direct relations to the sports society since 1989. MFC Zhytomyr
Polissya Zhytomyr is a Ukrainian football club based in Zhytomyr, Polissya. As of the 2020–21 season, it will play in the Ukrainian First League, the second tier of Ukrainian football, following promotion from the 2019–20 Ukrainian Second League. Their home were Spartak and Kolos stadiums. Since being admitted to the Ukrainian Second League, the club's current stadiums do not qualify for the competition. While the city's main arena under reconstruction, the club is forced to look for an alternative. Brief history In Soviet times the club carried the name ''Avtomobilist'' (car maker), then it changed to ''Polissya'' (the name for the local region, which means (roughly) the wooded area). In the Ukrainian soccer competitions the club was called ''Khimik'' (chemical scientist) for a few seasons, then again changed back to ''Polissya''. FC Helios Kharkiv is a Ukrainian association football, football club located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. From 2003 to 2018 the club competed at professional level. In 2018 it was expected to be succeeded by FC Kobra Kharkiv, but unsuccessfully. FC Helios dissolved its professional team, but kept its football academy which competes at regional level. FC Rava Rava-Ruska
Rava Rava-Ruska was an amateur football team based in Rava Ruska, Lviv Oblast in Ukraine near the border with Poland. History Rava-Ruska performed well in the amateurs in 2002, winning the Memorial Ernest Yusta Cup in 2003 and entered the professional league in 2003/04 in the Druha Liha. They immediately proved their intent finishing 3rd. The next season they captured the Druha Liha A championships but were not promoted due to their facilities and financial standings being not at the level of acceptance by the PFL. The club played one more season in the professional leagues and then after the 2005/2006 season, the club's administration elected to leave the PFL. Football Club Dnipro ( uk, Футбо́льний Клуб «Дніпро́», ) was a Ukrainian football club based in Dnipro. The club was owned by the Privat Group that also owns BC Dnipro and Budivelnyk Kyiv. In 2018 FC Dnipro was forced into bankruptcy by FIFA due to multiple legal claims for failing to pay its promised monetary compensation to players and managers. During the Soviet era, the club was a member of the Soviet Volunteer Sports Society "Metallurg" (therefore it carried names Metallurg/Metalurh and Stal) and until 1961 was under sponsorship of the Petrovsky Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Plant. Football Club Kremin Kremenchuk ( uk , ФК Кремінь Кременчук; ru , Кремень Кременчуг, translit=Kremen Kremenchug) is a professional football club based in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The current club is administered by the city of Kremenchuk and was established in 2003, but it traces its heritage to the previously existing clubs of 1959–1970 and 1985–2001. FC Hirnyk-Sport Horishni Plavni is a Ukrainian football club based in Horishni Plavni, Poltava Oblast. The club competes in the First League. The club is sponsored by Ferrexpo. FC Spartak Sumy was a Ukrainian football club based in Sumy. History Yavir was established on January 12, 1982 at the village forestry Krasnopillya. In Ukrainian Yavir ( uk, Явір) means Sycamore ('' Acer pseudoplatanus''). The team started playing in the regional championship and after couple of years became the regional champion. The following year it won the regional cup. FC Sevastopol ( uk, ФК «Севастополь») was a Ukrainian football club based in Sevastopol. The club was a spiritual descendant of the Soviet clubs from Sevastopol such as Chaika Sevastopol.
