European Pairs Speedway Championship
The European Pairs Speedway Championship is an annual speedway event held in different countries organized by the European Motorcycle Union (UEM) since 2004. Previous winners Rules The minimum age limit (16 years) starts on the date of the rider's birthday. Team composition The 6 (or 7) competing teams shall each consist of 3 riders: 2 riders having programmed riders and the third rider being a substitute, as follows: The substitute rider may take the place of any programmed rider, at any time, within the maximum number of permitted heats (5 when is 6 pairs and 6 when is 7 pairs) as decided by the Team Manager. Emiliano Diebo Sanchez also known as Poty Sanchez (born 9 December 1977 in Buenos Aires) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Aregtnina, with Italian ancestry. He is three times National Argentinian champion and twice National Italian champion. He has raced internationally for Italy. Club career Sanchez started his British racing career with Glasgow Tigers in 1999. He quickly impressed and spent a further two seasons with the Scottish club before moving to England where he rode for Cornish side, Trelawny Tigers. He was part of their side that won the Premier Trophy in 2002. After moving to Hull Vikings he was part of the side that won the league and cup double in his first season in 2004. When Hull folded after the 2005 season, his contract was bought by Sheffield Tigers and he rode for the Yorkshire outfit in 2006. Tobias Kroner
Tobias Kroner (born 16 October 1985) is a former motorcycle speedway rider from Germany. Speedway career Kroner began his British league career after he signed for Oxford for the 2005 Elite League speedway season. He struggled during the season but switched to Ipswich Witches the following season where his form began to improve. In 2007, he remained with Ipswich and made his Polish league debut for Orzeł Łódź in the Polish Speedway First League. He then joined Wybrzeże Gdańsk, with whom he reached the Ekstraliga. After four seasons with Ipswich he would have one more season in Britain riding for the Belle Vue Aces during the 2010 Elite League speedway season. He continued to ride in Poland, racing for Ostrów Wielkopolski and Wanda Kraków. Christian Hefenbrock born (15 May 1985 in Kyritz, Germany) is a former international motorcycle speedway rider from Germany. Career He first rode in the United Kingdom for the Wolverhampton Wolves in the Elite League in 2006. It was in 2006 that he became the German champion after winning the German Individual Speedway Championship. In 2007, he was signed by the Lakeside Hammers but was replaced mid season when one of their own assets was made available. He has represented the Germany team in the Speedway World Cup in every tournament from 2003 until 2007. Krzysztof Kasprzak (; born 18 July 1984 in Leszno, Poland) is an international speedway rider who became World Under-21 Champion in 2005 and won the silver medal during the 2014 Speedway Grand Prix. He also won five World team titles. He is a son of former Polish national speedway team member Zenon Kasprzak. Brother Robert is also a speedway rider. Krško
Krško (; german: Gurkfeld) is a town in eastern Slovenia. It is the seat of the City municipality of Krško. The town lies on the Sava River and on the northwest edge of the Krško Plain ( sl, Krško polje), which is part of the larger Krka Flat ( sl, Krška ravan).
