Jim Richards (racing Driver)
Jim Richards (born 2 September 1947) is a New Zealand racing driver who won numerous championships in his home country and in Australia. While now retired from professional racing, Richards continues to compete in the Touring Car Masters series. He was inducted into the New Zealand Motor-racing Hall of Fame in 1994 After a record number of starts and seven victories in the Bathurst 1000, and four Australian Touring Car Championships, Richards was inducted into the V8 Supercars Hall of Fame in 2006 and the Australian Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2015. International Motorsport is a New Zealand motor racing team based in Grey Lynn, Auckland that competes in the V8SuperTourer series and the South Island Endurance Championship. Alan Gurr (born 3 February 1982) is an Australian retired V8 Supercars driver. Cameron McLean (born 14 December 1967) is an Australian former racing driver. Career McLean began racing at age 14 in karts. He came to prominence when he won the 1995 Australian Sports Sedan Championship in a BMW M3. McLean won the 1997 and 1998 Privateers’ Cup in the Australian Super Touring Championship. In 1999 he moved to the V8 Supercars category with Greenfield Mowers Racing, winning the Privateers award in the 1999 Shell Championship Series. From there, he raced in selected events, but was always a regular in the endurance races. The Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is a motor racing circuit located near Ventnor, on Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia. The current circuit was first used in 1956.
