2005 Albanian Supercup
The 2005 Albanian Supercup is the 12th edition of the Albanian Supercup since its establishment in 1989. The match was contested between the Albanian Cup 2005 winners KS Teuta and the 2004–05 Albanian Superliga champions KF Tirana. The regular and extra time result ended goalless, therefore the verdict of penalty shoot-outs 5-4 crowned KF Tirana winners of the Supercup for the 5th time, three of these trophies won over the same team, KS Teuta. Albanian Supercup
The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup. Supercup final was not played in the occasions when the champion team won the Double (association football), Double. However, after year 2000 Albanian Football Association, AFA rules changed and the final would still be played against the Albanian Cup, Cup runner-ups. There have been 29 finals played in total. KF Tirana are the most successful team to have won the trophy 12 times. Elvis Sina
Elvis Sina (born 14 November 1978) is an Albanian former soccer-player. He has successfully played for Tirana in the Albanian Superliga, and for the Albania national team. He began his career as a midfielder, but as the years passed he was utilized in defence firstly as right-back and later as a center-back. Sina is the most-capped player in the history of Tirana with more than 470 appearances in all competitions. Club career Sina began his professional career with Tirana in 1996 and by the age of 19 he became a key first team player, helping his side win the Albanian Superliga 6 times, Albanian Cup 4 times and Albanian Supercup 5 times. He left the club in 2006 in favour of signing with other top flight side Elbasani. With his new side Sina played 25 league matches and scored one goal, the second of a 2–0 win versus Flamurtari Vlorë. Bledar Hodo (born 21 June 1985) is an Albanian professional footballer who most recently played as a midfielder for Teuta Durrës in the Albanian Superliga. Club career Teuta Durrës On 1 February 2013, Hodo completed a transfer to Teuta Durrës as a free agent, returning to his boyhood club for the second time. Xhevahir Kapllani (born 21 June 1974) is an Albanian football coach and a former goalkeeper. Playing career Club Kapllani played the majority of is career for hometown club Teuta, with whom he won the 1993–94 Albanian Superliga title, but also had spells with capital clubs Dinamo Tirana and Partizani as well as with Macedonian side Bashkimi. Bledar Mançaku (born 5 January 1982) is an Albanian retired footballer who played as a forward. He has previously played for Teuta Durrës, Shkumbini Peqin and Besa Kavajë at club level and the Albanian under-21 and senior sides internationally. Club career On 9 June 2010, Mançaku joined Shkumbini Peqin by penning a two-year contract. The transfer was made official one day later. Altin Rraklli (born 17 July 1970) is an Albanian football coach and former player who played as a forward.
