Canadian Football League West Division
The West Division is one of the two regional divisions of the Canadian Football League (CFL), its counterpart being the East Division (CFL), East Division. Although the CFL was not founded until 1958, the West Division and its clubs are descended from earlier leagues. The five teams in the West Division are the BC Lions, Calgary Stampeders, Edmonton Elks, Saskatchewan Roughriders, and Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Wes Lysack
Wes Lysack (born March 3, 1978) is a former professional Canadian football defensive back. He most recently played for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. He was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the first round with the fifth overall pick in the 2003 CFL Draft. Tom Canada
Tom Canada (born January 8, 1980) is a former Canadian football defensive end. High School years Canada attended Mt. Whitney High School in Visalia, California, and as a senior middle linebacker, received All-League honors and was named the West Yosemite League Player of the Year. He played college football at the University of California at Berkeley. Blue Bombers Canada joined the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the CFL in 2004, and started all 18 games of the year for them. His play earned him the club’s Most Outstanding Rookie Award, and he was named a West Division All-Star. He continued his good play in the 2005 CFL season and the 2006 CFL season, once again starting all 18 games. Charles Roberts (Canadian Football)
Charles Roberts (born April 3, 1979) is a former Canadian football running back who played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and BC Lions of the Canadian Football League. College Roberts attended Sacramento State, where he set numerous DI-AA rushing records for the Sac State Hornets football team, including total rushing yards and most yards in a game (409 yards vs Idaho State in 1999). His nickname while with the Hornets was "Choo-Choo Charlie", in reference to the train that would often come by behind the stadium during games and practices. Keith Stokes
Keith Stokes (born December 10, 1978) is a former professional Canadian and American football wide receiver. Stokes was a two time Canadian Football League all star. He also starred in the French League Championnat Élite Division 1 in 2009 for the Elancourt Templiers. He has been a football coach in recent years. College career Stokes attended Georgia Military College and as a sophomore, he was selected as an NJCAA All-American honoree and was named the Team MVP. Stokes attended East Carolina University where he immediately made his mark as a talented kick returner and big-play offensive weapon. The 2004 Toronto Argonauts season was the 115th season for the professional Canadian football team since the franchise's inception in 1873.
