2004 Uzbek League
The 2004 Uzbek League season was the 13th edition of top level football in Uzbekistan since independence from the Soviet Union in 1992. Pakhtakor were the defending champions from the 2003 campaign. Overview The season began on 4 March 2004 and concluded on 20 November 2004. Uzbekistan Super League ( uz, O'zbekiston Superligasi), also called Coca-Cola Uzbekistan Super League due to sponsorship reasons ( uz, Coca-Cola O'zbekiston Superligasi / Coca-Cola Ўзбекистон Суперлигаси), is the top division of professional football in Uzbekistan. It is operated under the auspices of the Uzbekistan Professional Football League and Uzbekistan Football Association. It was founded in 1992 and currently played with 14 teams. The top team qualifies to the group stage of the AFC Champions League. Leonid Koshelev (russian: Леони́д Алекса́ндрович Ко́шелев, ; born 20 December 1979) is a Russian-Uzbekistani football midfielder. He currently plays for NBU Osiyo. Career He started playing in Navbahor Namangan in 1997, spending 4 seasons. In 2001 Koshelev moved to Pakhtakor Tashkent. In February 2013 he moved from FK Dinamo Samarqand back to his former club Navbahor Namangan. In February 2014 he joined NBU Osiyo. Nosirbek Otakuziev is an Uzbekistan footballer who currently plays for Kokand 1912 in the Uzbek League. He plays as a striker. Career He played for Neftchi Farg'ona in 2003-2009. In 2010, he moved to Olmaliq FK. Playing for Olmaliq FK he became ''League best goalscorer'' with 13 goals. In 2011, he moved to Nasaf Qarshi. Otakuziev scored an important goal in the opening round of the group stage in the 2011 AFC Cup when he scored in the 77th minute against Al-Ansar Club. He made significant contribution of winning by Nasaf 2011 AFC Cup. He scored totally 5 goals and became 2nd best goal scorer of Nasaf in that year competition after Ivan Bošković with 10 goals. Ilhom Mo'minjonov
Ilhom Mo'minjonov, also spelt Ilkhom Muminjonov ( uz, Илҳом Мўминжонов) (born 21 January 1979 in Tashkent) is a former Uzbek footballer. Club career He scored three goals en route to a 3–2 Uzbek cup final defeat to Pakhtakor in 2004 where he came on at half-time. In 2007, he was awarded the Uzbek League Top Scorer award with 21 goals; 5 for Lokomotiv Tashkent and the remaining 16 for Kuruvchi (renamed Bunyodkor in 2008) who purchased him during the season. Umid Isoqov
Umid Isoqov (born 22 December 1978) is an Uzbek former professional footballer. Career Isoqov played for most of his playing career for Neftchi Farg'ona and won the Uzbek League in 2001. He played 215 matches for Neftchi, scoring 141 goals. In 2001 Isoqov won the Uzbekistan championship with Neftchi and finished runners-up in the Uzbek Cup. He scored 28 goals and became League Topscorer. He was Neftchi's best goalscorer in the League for five seasons, three seasons of them in a row 1999-2001. Zafar Kholmurodov (born 15 October 1976), is a retired Uzbek professional footballer and coach. Career Nasaf Qarshi Zafar Kholmurodov played the most time of his career for Nasaf Qarshi, he joined club in 1996. Football Club Andijan, also known as FC Andijan, is an Uzbek football club based in Andijan. The club plays in Uzbekistan Super League. History The club was formed 1964 under the name ''Spartak''. In 1969 the club was renamed ''Andijanez''. After 1990 the club played in Uzbek League as ''Navruz Andijan''. Since 1997 the club has played as ''FK Andijan''.
