Marc Lotz (born 19 October 1973 in Valkenburg (city), Valkenburg) is a Dutch former racing cyclist. In July 2005 Lotz was suspended from for 2 years due to admitting to using Erythropoietin, EPO. Lotz reportedly took the substance to help him at the 2005 Tour de France which he never ended up riding. Dmitry Fofonov
Dmitry Fofonov ( kk, Дмитрий Фофонов; born 15 August 1976 in Almaty) is a former Kazakh professional road bicycle racer who was fired from UCI ProTeam Crédit Agricole for doping. Fofonov tested positive for heptaminol after the 18th stage of the 2008 Tour de France. Fofonov had completed the race in 19th place, and was fired by Crédit Agricole after the test. After his doping ban ended, Fofonov joined the team for the 2010 season. He retired after the 2012 season and became an assistant sporting director for Astana. Stijn Devolder
Stijn Devolder (born 29 August 1979) is a Belgian former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally for (2002–2003), (2004–2007), (2008–2010), (2011–2012), (2013–2016), (2017–2018) and (2019). Career Born in Kortrijk, West Flanders, Devolder won his first professional race at the 2004 Four Days of Dunkirk, winning stage 4. His most prestigious victories are the 2007, 2010 and 2013 Belgian National Road Race Championships, the 2008 and 2009 Tour of Flanders, and the 2008 and 2010 Tour of Belgium. Devolder is a competent climber and proficient in an individual time trial but his main strength lies in the cobbled classics. Devolder led the squad in the 2008 Tour de France but fell off the back and almost immediately stepped off his bike on the Ascent of the Col Agnel. Tour Du Haut Var
The Tour du Haut Var ( en, Tour of the Haut Var) is an early-season two-day road bicycle race in the Var department region in the south of France. Until 2008 it was run as a one-day race, part of the UCI Europe Tour. In 2009, the race transformed to a 2.1 event, raced over two days. Dutchman Joop Zoetemelk and France's Arthur Vichot hold the record with three wins. The Tour du Haut Var is one of several stage races held in the hilly Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in February, alongside the Étoile de Bessèges, La Méditerranéenne and the Tour La Provence. Levi Leipheimer (born October 24, 1973) is an American former professional road racing cyclist. He was twice US national champion, winning the time trial title in 1999 and the road race in 2007, and is an Olympic medalist. Bram Tankink (born 3 December 1978) is a Dutch former professional road bicycle racer, who competed between 2000 and 2018 for the Löwik Meubelen–Tegeltoko, , and squads. Born in Haaksbergen, Tankink started his career as a mountain biker, but in 1999 he became a road rider.
