Steve Paterson
Steven William Paterson (born 8 April 1958) is a Scottish football manager and former player. Nicknamed "Pele", after six first team games for Manchester United, his career was curtailed due an injury in a pre-season game after transferring to Sheffield United. Despite this and problems as well as a long-term gambling and alcohol addiction, he did have a footballing career with spells in Hong Kong, Australia and Japan where in 1983 he was the first overseas player to play there. Paterson has had more success as a manager, winning several competitions in the Highland League with several clubs and his very fruitful 7-year spell at Inverness Caledonian Thistle leading them from the Scottish Third Division to the Scottish First Division and a famous cup upset over Celtic. He has also published an autobiography "Confessions of a Highland Hero" ghost-written by Frank Gilfeather which documents his career and battles with gambling and alcohol addictions which were brought to media ... Scott Booth
Scott Booth (born 16 December 1971) is a Scottish football coach and former player, who is the head coach of Lewes in the Women's Championship. A forward by position, he began his playing career at Aberdeen as a teenager, before moving to Germany in 1997 to play for Borussia Dortmund. After a spell in the Netherlands with FC Twente (as well as loans from Dortmund to FC Utrecht and Vitesse Arnhem), he returned to Aberdeen in 2003, retiring a year later due to injury. After his retirement as a player Booth became a coach, working with the Scotland youth teams. After a year as manager of Stenhousemuir he moved into women's football, becoming manager of Glasgow City. Booth left this position in June 2021 to become manager of FA WSL club Birmingham City, but was sacked five months later. He was appointed by Lewes in May 2022. Zander Diamond
Alexander Kevin "Zander" Diamond (born 12 March 1985) is a Scottish former professional footballer and current assistant manager of Lowland League club Broomhill. Diamond played as a centre-back and began his career with Scottish Premier League club Aberdeen, before moving to Oldham Athletic in 2011; he later played for Burton Albion, Northampton Town and Mansfield Town in England. Kevin Souter
Kevin Souter (born 7 January 1984) is a Scottish former professional Association football, footballer. Club career Early career in Scotland Kevin graduated from the Grant Smith Soccer Academy in Portsoy before heading to play for the Westhill boy's club, and was a member of Scottish Premier Division team Aberdeen F.C., Aberdeen's youth setup, making four first team league appearances for them between 2002 and 2003. Scott Morrison (footballer)
Scott Alexander Morrison (born 23 May 1984) is a Scottish former professional footballer, who played for Aberdeen, Dunfermline Athletic, Ross County, Phoenix FC and Arizona United. He also represented Scotland at under-21 international level. He formerly served as the head coach for San Diego 1904 FC in the National Independent Soccer Association. Ryan Esson
Ryan John Esson (born 19 March 1980) is a Scottish former professional football goalkeeper. He is currently a goalkeeping coach for Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Esson started his career in 2000, in the Scottish Premier League, as a goalkeeper for Aberdeen. He has also played for Shrewsbury Town and Hereford United. Career Aberdeen Esson started his career with his hometown club Aberdeen in the Scottish Premier League, debuting on 14 May 2000 in the 5–1 win over Kilmarnock. Scott Muirhead
Scott Muirhead (born 5 August 1984 in Paisley) is a Scottish professional footballer. He is currently retired, residing in Melbourne, Australia. Career Muirhead made his debut for Aberdeen as a substitute in a 1–1 draw with Dundee United in November 2002. He went on to make a total of 78 appearances for Aberdeen (66 league appearances), scoring twice. He scored his first goal for the club in a 5-0 League Cup win against Brechin City in October 2003. Bryan Prunty
Bryan Prunty (born 12 January 1983) is a Scottish former footballer who is currently on the backroom staff at Scottish Championship club Airdrieonians. Career Club Prunty began his career with Celtic, but he failed to make a senior appearance. In January 2004, he moved to fellow Scottish Premier League club Aberdeen, making his senior debut in a Scottish Cup replay victory against Dundee on 21 January 2004. His first senior goal came on 27 March 2004 in a 3–1 defeat against Kilmarnock. At the end of the 2003–04 season, Prunty was told by manager Jimmy Calderwood that he could leave the club. David Zdrilic
David Allen Zdrilic ( hr, Zdrilić; born 13 April 1974) is an Australian soccer coach and former player, who is currently the assistant coach of Serie A club Genoa. Zdrilic is also a football presenter on the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS), Most recently he was a key figure in SBS's coverage of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. Richard Foster (Scottish Footballer)
Richard Martyn Foster (born 31 July 1985) is a Scottish footballer. He previously played for Aberdeen, Rangers, Bristol City, St Johnstone, Ross County, Partick Thistle, and Detroit City. Kevin McNaughton
Kevin Paul McNaughton (born 28 August 1982) is a Scottish professional football player and coach. A versatile player able to play anywhere in defence, McNaughton was also used in a defensive midfield role. He began his career in the Scottish Premier League, playing for Aberdeen for six years. Fergus Tiernan (born 3 January 1982) is a former football midfielder who retired from the sport in 2009 at the age of 27.
