Philip Byrne
Philip Byrne (born 6 April 1982 in Dublin) is an Irish footballer. He plays for Carrick Rangers. In 2004, Byrne was signed by then Kildare County manager Eric Hannigan from Shelbourne. He has been a dependable fixture at the centre of the Kildare County defence for both Hannigan and current manager Ryan. Philip was awarded the Supporters Club Player of the Year in his debut season for the club in 2004. He was selected as Kildare County's captain for the 2007 season. He picked up a special award for his 100th appearance in April 2007 before Kildare's League Match versus Finn Harps. He left the club after four years at the end of the 2007 season signing for newly formed Sporting Fingal. Desmond "Dessie" Baker (born 25 August 1977 in Dublin) is an Irish footballer who plays for Leinster Senior League side Edenderry Town. He has three children. Stephen Geoghegan
Stephen Geoghegan (born 4 June 1970 in Dublin) is an Irish former footballer. His first league club was Drogheda United where he won two League of Ireland First Division titles and 1 League of Ireland First Division Shield. After a spell of non league football Ray Treacy brought him back to the league when in 1992 he signed for Shamrock Rovers. The following season he helped the Hoops win the League of Ireland Premier Division title in 1993–94 where he was top league goalscorer with 23 league goals. These goals earned him both PFAI Player of the Year and the FAI National League Player of the Year He scored a total of 34 goals in 64 appearances for Rovers before signing for Shelbourne just after the 1994 League success. Ollie Cahill
Ollie Cahill (born 29 September 1975 in Clonmel) is an Irish former professional footballer, primarily a left winger. Besides the Republic of Ireland, he played in England. Cahill had a youth career with Old Bridge where he won a Munster Youth Cup thanks to a 5–0 over Turnpike Rovers in 1993. Wesley Patrick Hoolahan (born 20 May 1982) is an Irish professional footballer who most recently played as an attacking midfielder for League One club Cambridge United. Thomas Morgan (footballer)
Thomas Morgan (born 30 March 1977) is an Irish former footballer. Career Morgan had made his first appearance in the green shirt for the under-15s - against Northern Ireland in Belfast, as captain under manager Joe McGrath and had also played at under-16 and under-18. Thomas Morgan came to prominence during the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championships where he captained the Irish team which won the bronze medal. Scott Oakes (born 5 August 1972) is a former professional footballer, best known from his time at Luton Town in the early 1990s. Oakes began his career at Leicester City but was transferred to Luton in 1991 as part of the deal that took Steve Thompson the opposite way. Richie Baker (Irish Footballer)
Richie Baker (born 17 April 1980) is an Irish former footballer. Besides the Republic of Ireland, he has played in the United States. Career Richie, who served his footballing apprenticeship with Stella Maris, is the brother of Dessie Baker, alongside whom he made numerous appearances for Shelbourne in the late 1990s and early 2000s (decade). David Crawley (footballer)
David Crawley (born 20 June 1977 in Dundalk, Ireland) is an Irish retired football player who played for Dundalk and Shelbourne during a 12-year-long League of Ireland career. Crawley was played a left back. Career Born in Dundalk, County Louth, Crawley began his senior career on the books at Manchester City for a short spell before returning to his hometown club Dundalk in 1997.
