The 45th Annual TV Week Logie Awards was held on Sunday 11 May 2003 at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne, and broadcast on the Nine Network. Lisa Irene Chappell (born 18 October 1968) is a New Zealand actress and musician. Myles Pollard (born 4 November 1972) is an Australian actor. ''Home and Away'' (often abbreviated as ''H&A'') is an Australian television soap opera. It was created by Alan Bateman and commenced broadcast on the Seven Network on 17 January 1988. Bateman came up with the concept of the show during a trip to Kangaroo Point, New South Wales, where he noticed locals were complaining about the construction of a foster home and against the idea of foster children from the city living in the area.
