2003 FIFA World Youth Championship
The 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship took place in United Arab Emirates between 27 November and 19 December 2003. U20 Brazil claimed their fourth title. The 2003 championship was the 14th contested. The tournament was originally planned to be played 25 March to 16 April 2003, but was postponed because of the Iraq War. Juan Ramón Solís
Juan Ramón Solís Barragán (born June 14, 1984) is a retired Panamanian football midfielder. Club career ''Juanra'' played in the Pan de Azúcar youth teams and made his senior debut in 1999 for Sporting '89, then played for San Francisco and moved abroad to play in Colombia with Envigado in 2005 and for Salvadoran side Águila in February 2007. He returned for another lengthy spell at San Francisco and moved to Sporting San Miguelito in January 2013, only to leave them in October 2013 after he claimed the club owed him money. He was snapped up by Plaza Amador in January 2014. He retired in December 2014, after several knee injuries had hampered his career. International career Solís participated in the 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship held in the United Arab Emirates as captain of the first Panama representative football team who qualified to the final phase of any football World Cup.

Armando Gun
Armando Antonio Gun Caballero (born 17 January 1986) is a Panamanian professional footballer who currently plays for Independiente La Chorrera as a left-back. Club career Gun played for several Panamanian league clubs and had spells abroad with Colombian side América de Cali and Costa Rican outfit Alajuelense, whom he left after the 2006 Apertura season. In January 2013, Gun moved to Río Abajo then returned to Chepo in summer 2013 but left for Independiente La Chorrera in December 2014. Gary Stempel (born 26 January 1957) is a Panamanian football manager. Career Prior to his move to Panama, Stempel was a community outreach officer with London club Millwall. He enjoyed his greatest success as at club level in a four-year spell as manager of San Francisco, a Panamanian football club, during which he won five league titles and two championships with Panama Viejo. It was during this time that he was also given charge of the Panama under-20 and under-23 teams. He qualified Panama to its first-ever U-20 World Cup in 2003. In 2007, he became manager of Salvadorian club Águila and in 2008 he was given the opportunity to take charge of the Panama national team. Amara Ahmed Ouattara (born 21 October 1983) is a Burkinabé former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. Club career Outtara was born in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. Hamado Kassi Ouédraogo (born 17 March 1983) is a Burkinabé former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Ouédraogo began his career with ASFA Yennega and was 2003 transferred to KSC Lokeren. He played five matches for Lokeren.
