Rob Harris (curler)
Robert Harris (born September 26, 1963 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian curler. Harris played second for Mark Dacey's men's team from 2002 to 2007 and from 1998 to 1999. Harris also played Mixed with Dacey around this time. Harris, Dacey, third Heather Smith-Dacey and lead Laine Peters won the Canadian Mixed Curling Championships in 2002 after having gone to the tournament the two previous years. Playing for Dacey's men's team which included Bruce Lohnes at third and Andrew Gibson at lead, Harris won three provincial championships (2003, 2004, 2006), a Brier in 2004 and a bronze medal at the World Curling Championships the same year. Bruce Lohnes
Bruce D. Lohnes (born October 10, 1958) is a Canadian curler from Valley, Nova Scotia. Lohnes is a former Brier champion and World Championship bronze medallist. Lohnes is currently a high performance junior coach with the Nova Scotia Curling Association. Lohnes joined the Mark Dacey rink prior to the 2002-03 season, playing third on the team. Representing Nova Scotia, they would go on to win the 2004 Nokia Brier and a bronze at the 2004 Ford World Curling Championships for Canada. The team had been to three Briers together, returning in 2006, winning a bronze medal and 2009, finishing 10th. Lohnes had also been to three other Briers, but with different teams. Mark Dacey
Mark Dacey (born June 22, 1966) is a Canadian curler originally from Saskatchewan. He was based at the Mayflower Curling Club in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Dacey is a former Canadian men's curling champion skip, having won the 2004 Nokia Brier. He defeated Randy Ferbey's team, ending their 3-year Brier winning streak. Dacey went on to win a bronze medal at the 2004 Ford World Curling Championship. Competitive history Mark Dacey was a runner-up in the 1995 Brier, as the vice-skip for team Saskatchewan (skipped by Brad Heidt). Representing Nova Scotia, he reached the 2001 Nokia Brier, finishing with a 6-5 record, and at the 2003 Nokia Brier in Halifax, he finished third during the round-robin, with a 7-4 record. Bent Ånund Ramsfjell
Bent Ånund Ramsfjell (born 30 November 1967 in Oslo) is a Norwegian curler from Asker. He is the younger brother of Eigil Ramsfjell, multiple curling world champion and bronze medallist at the 1998 Winter Olympics competition in Nagano. Ramsfjell played lead for the Norwegian team skipped by Pål Trulsen. With the team, Ramsfjell has won an Olympic gold medal (2002), a European Curling Championships gold medal (2005), a World Championships silver medal (2002), two World Championships bronze medals (2001 and 2003) and a European Championships bronze medal (2004). Flemming Davanger (born 1 April 1963 in Bergen, Norway) is a Norwegian curler from Bærum. Curling career In his third World Junior Curling Championships in , Davanger, playing second Pål Trulsen's Norwegian team picked up a silver medal, losing to Canada's John Base in the final. In , Davanger played in his first World Curling Championships playing third for Tormod Andreassen, and they finished in sixth place. Later that year, the team picked up a bronze at the 1986 European Curling Championships. Davanger's next success would come at the 1992 Winter Olympics, when curling was a demonstration sport. Lars Vågberg
Lars Vågberg (born 30 June 1967 in Sollefteå, Sweden) is a Norwegian curler from Bærum. Vågberg began his international curling career in Sweden. In his first international tournament, he was the second Mikael Hasselborg's 1990 European Curling Championships winning team. With Hasselborg, he would finish 7th at the World Curling Championships in 1992 and won a bronze medal at the 1994 European Championships. By 1997 Vågberg had moved to Norway. The 1997 World Championships would be the first for Vågberg as a Norwegian, and he played third for Pål Trulsen. While they finished 7th that year, the team would later go on to win two bronze medals (2001, 2003) and a silver (2002) at the Worlds. Pål Trulsen (born 19 April 1962 in Drøbak, Norway) is a Norwegian curler from Hosle in Bærum, and was the 2002 Olympic curling men's champion. Career Trulsen participated in both the and World Junior Championships, finishing both tournaments with 2-7 and 4-5 records respectively. However, after participating in the and European championships, he was back at the juniors in where he won the silver medal, losing to Canada's John Base in the final. It took Trulsen 9 more years to get back on the world stage, at the 1992 Winter Olympics, where curling was a demonstration sport.
