Nottingham ( , locally ) is a city and unitary authority area in Nottinghamshire, East Midlands, England. It is located north-west of London, south-east of Sheffield and north-east of Birmingham. Matthieu Louis-Jean
Matthieu Louis-Jean (born 22 February 1976 in Mont-Saint-Aignan) is a French former footballer, who is currently head scout for Olympique de Marseille. He finished his career at Norwich in June 2005 after several seasons at Nottingham Forest, who he joined from Le Havre AC in 1999 following a loan spell. An experienced full-back, Louis-Jean made 198 league appearances for Forest. His transfer to Norwich was a player exchange deal that saw Gary Holt move to the City Ground. Louis-Jean made just two appearances for Norwich at the start of his first season with the club ( 2005–06) before injury problems ruled him out of action for the remainder of the campaign. Eugen Bopp (born 5 September 1983) is a German former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Ukraine, he represented the Germany national under-19 team. Early life Bopp was born in Kyiv, Ukrainian SSR to an ethnic German father and a Ukrainian mother. His brother Viktor Bopp is also a footballer. Club career Nottingham Forest Bopp played in the Bayern Munich youth system before joining the Academy of English club Nottingham Forest as a 16-year-old on 20 June 2000. John Thompson (Irish Footballer)
John Paul Thompson (born 12 October 1981) is an Irish former professional footballer. He was a tough-tackling versatile defender, although he was equally comfortable in midfield. He was a full Irish International who has also played for Nottingham Forest, Tranmere Rovers, Oldham Athletic, Notts County and Mansfield. Christopher Ross Doig (born 13 February 1981) is a Scottish former professional footballer who was most recently assistant manager of Grimsby Town As a player, he was a defender who played from 1996 until 2015. He started his career with Queen of the South, where he made four appearances before being signed by Nottingham Forest in 1997. Having made 93 appearances for Forest, he was released in 2005. Barry Christopher Roche (born 6 April 1982) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper and now works as a goalkeeping coach for Morecambe.
