The 2002 FEI World Equestrian Games were held in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, from September 10 to September 22, 2002. They were the 4th edition of the games which are held every four years and run by the FEI. Jerez De La Frontera
Jerez de la Frontera (), or simply Jerez (), is a Spanish city and municipality in the province of Cádiz in the autonomous community of Andalusia, in southwestern Spain, located midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Cádiz Mountains. , the city, the largest in the province, had a population of 213,105.
