The 2002 FIA European Touring Car Championship was the 29th season of European touring car racing and the second season of the European Touring Car Championship. The season began at Magny-Cours on 20 April, and finished at Estoril on 20 October after twenty races over ten meetings. Duncan Huisman
Duncan Huisman (born 11 November 1971 in Doornspijk, Gelderland) is a Dutch racing driver. He won the Guia Race four times and the 24 Hours of Nürburgring in 2005. He claimed three titles at the Dutch Touring Car Championship in 1997, 2000 and 2002, and resulted runner-up at the 2010 and 2011 Dutch GT4 Championship. He has also competed in the FIA GT Championship and the Porsche Supercup. His older brother Patrick is also a successful racing driver. Paolo Ruberti
Paolo Ruberti (born 22 April 1975) is an Italian racing driver who currently competes in the Michelin Le Mans Cup. Career Ruberti began his career with karting in his native Italy, before moving on to national-level formula series. In 2008, Ruberti competed in his first 24 Hours of Le Mans, driving for BMS Scuderia Italia in the GT2 class. While testing at the Hockenheimring in 2016, Ruberti suffered a fractured lumbar vertebrae in an accident and missed the 2016 24 Hours of Le Mans, where he was due to drive for Larbre Compétition. Ruberti's first race back from his injury was a second place finish in class at the 2016 6 Hours of Nürburgring. In 2017, Ruberti founded his own racing team in conjunction with Manfredi Ravetto, known as Scuderia Ravetto & Ruberti. Rob Collard
Robert Collard (born 1 October 1968) is a British auto racing driver from Hampshire, best known for racing in the British Touring Car Championship, winning two races in a West Surrey Racing MG, and claiming the Independent's Cup title in 2003. In 2008, he returned to running the series full-time, driving for the Motorbase Performance team, where he remained for 2009, before returning to West Surrey Racing. Collard also owns his own demolition firm, R Collard Ltd. Career For many years, he raced hot rods, only switching to circuit racing in his late 20s. He raced Formula Ford for 3 years. However, as most drives in Formula 3 and higher went to younger drivers, he turned his attention to saloon based racing, coming 3rd in the Vauxhall SRi V6 championship. Christopher James Buncombe (born 5 May 1978 in Taunton, Somerset, England) is a British racing driver who made his last appearance at the Le Mans 24 Hours was in 2011. He joined Aston Martin Racing at the end of the 2009 season when he drove in the Le Mans Series scoring a podium finish on his debut with the team at Nürburgring driving the 008 Aston Martin LMP1 car. Stephen Christopher Goodwin (10 March 1967) is a British auto racing driver. Currently he works as Expert High Performance Test Driver for Aston Martin. Additionally he manages the racing career of Bruno Senna and continues to race in International GT Endurance events. He was also TV commentator on F1 for ESPN Star Sports for nearly ten years and occasionally still appears on EPS&M and other networks such as ITV (GP2 coverage).
