2001–02 CERH European League
The 2001–02 CERH European League was the 37th edition of the CERH European League organized by CERH. Its Final Four was held on 27 and 28 April 2002 in Guimarães, Portugal. Futbol Club Barcelona Hoquei is a professional roller hockey team based in Barcelona, Spain. It is part of the FC Barcelona family and plays in the OK Liga. Due to the sponsoring the team is called FC Barcelona Lassa. It is the most successful roller hockey club in Spain and Europe with a record number of domestic, european and intercontinental titles. Penalty Shootout
The penalty shootout is a method of determining a winner in sports matches that would have otherwise been drawn or tied. The rules for penalty shootouts vary between sports and even different competitions; however, the usual form is similar to penalty shots in that a single player takes one shot on goal from a specified spot, the only defender being the goalkeeper. If the result is still tied, the shootout usually continues on a "goal-for-goal" basis, with the teams taking shots alternately, and the one that scores a goal unmatched by the other team is declared the winner. Pavilhão Multiusos (also known as Multiusos de Guimarães) is an multi-purpose arena in Guimarães, Portugal, which is primarily used for hosting fairs, exhibitions, congresses, concerts and sporting events since 2001. Reus Deportiu is a Catalan sports club best known for its professional roller hockey team based in Reus, Catalonia, Spain. History CD Reus was founded on 23 November 1909 after the dissolution of Reus Sport Club. On 29 September 1917, the club merged with Club Velocipedista and SC Olímpia becoming the multi-sports club Reus Deportiu. Club Patí Vic is a Spanish rink hockey club based in Vic, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. Founded in 1951, the club currently plays in the OK Liga, holding its home games at the Pavelló del Club Patí Vic, with capacity of 3,500 seats.
