Nutter Center
The Nutter Center is a multi-purpose arena located at Wright State University, in Fairborn, Ohio. It mainly serves as the home court of the Wright State Raiders men's and women's basketball teams. It is also regularly used as a music venue for touring concerts and shows and for area high school graduation ceremonies. History A local businessman and inventor, Ervin J. The 2000–01 Butler Bulldogs men's basketball team represented Butler University in the 2000–01 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Their head coach was Thad Matta, serving in his 1st season as head coach at the school. The Bulldogs played their home games at Hinkle Fieldhouse as members of the Midwestern Collegiate Conference. Thad Matta
Thad Michael Matta (born July 11, 1967) is an American college basketball coach and the current head coach of the Butler Bulldogs men's basketball team. From 2004 to 2017, Matta led the Ohio State Buckeyes to five Big Ten Conference regular season championships (2006, 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012), four Big Ten tournament titles ( 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2013), two Final Four appearances ( 2007 and 2012), and the 2008 NIT Championship. LaVall Jordan
LaVall Jurrant Jordan (born April 16, 1979) is an American college basketball coach, most recently the head coach for the Butler Bulldogs. He is a former head coach of Milwaukee, as well as assistant coach at Michigan, Iowa, and Butler. 2002 Horizon League Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2002 Horizon League men's basketball tournament took place at the end of the 2001–02 regular season. The tournament was hosted by Cleveland State University. Notably, this was the first men's basketball tournament that the conference held under its current identity as the Horizon League; the conference was originally known as the Midwestern City Conference and later as the Midwestern Collegiate Conference. It was also the last Horizon League tournament for more than a decade to be held at a single, predetermined site. From 2003 through 2015, the tournament was played at campus locations. The next tournament to take place at a neutral site was the 2016 edition, held at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit. Seeds All Horizon League schools played in the tournament. The Wright State Raiders men's basketball is the men's college basketball team that represents Wright State University in Fairborn, Ohio. The Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team competing in the Horizon League for the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
