2000 Baltimore Ravens Season
The 2000 season was the Baltimore Ravens' fifth in the National Football League (NFL) and the second under head coach Brian Billick. The Ravens ended the season as Super Bowl XXXV Champions. The American Football Conference – Northern Division or AFC North is one of the four divisions of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The division was adopted after the restructuring of the 2002 NFL season, when the league realigned divisions after expanding to 32 teams. 1995 Cleveland Browns Season
The 1995 Cleveland Browns season was the team's 50th season overall and 46th in the National Football League. It ultimately became their final NFL season until 1999, their final season at Cleveland Stadium, and Bill Belichick's final year as Browns head coach. Larry Webster
Larry Melvin Webster Jr. (born January 18, 1969) is a former American football defensive tackle, who spent eleven seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at University of Maryland. Early years A native of Elkton, Maryland, Webster graduated from Elkton High School where he was a letterman in football, basketball and track and field. His primary football position at the time was running back. He attended the University of Maryland on a full athletic scholarship. With the Terrapins football team, he made the transition to defensive lineman and was its Most Valuable Player in his senior year. Professional career Webster was drafted in the third round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the Miami Dolphins as a defensive tackle. Webster spent some mediocre years in Miami before signing with the Cleveland Browns in 1995 as a backup. Rob Burnett (American Football)
Robert Barry Burnett (born August 27, 1967) is a former defensive end who played in the NFL for 14 seasons. High school and college Burnett attended Newfield High School located on Long Island, New York. He played college football at Syracuse University, where he was a four-year letterman, and was a semifinalist for the Lombardi Award in 1989, his senior year. NFL career Rob Burnett was drafted in the 5th round with the 129th pick in the 1990 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns, with whom Burnett made his only Pro Bowl. He played there until the Browns moved to Baltimore, when he became a member of the Ravens. Playing for the Baltimore Ravens into 2001, Burnett earned a Super Bowl Ring when the Ravens defeated the New York Giants in Super Bowl XXXV. The Cleveland Browns relocation controversy - colloquially called "The Move" by fans - was caused during the 1995 NFL season by the announcement from then-Browns owner Art Modell that he intended to move the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League from its long-time home of Cleveland to Baltimore. Subsequent legal actions by the city of Cleveland and Browns season ticket holders led the NFL to broker a compromise in which Modell agreed to return the Browns franchise to the league. The agreement explicitly stipulated that the Browns franchise, including its history, records and intellectual property, were to remain in Cleveland. In exchange, the NFL agreed to grant Modell a new franchise in Baltimore (which was eventually named the Ravens) while the City of Cleveland agreed to build an NFL-caliber venue to replace the aging Cleveland Stadium.
