2025 Mountain West Conference Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2025 Mountain West Conference men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Mountain West Conference. It was held March 12–15, 2025, at the Thomas & Mack Center on the campus of University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in Paradise, Nevada. The tournament champion, Colorado State, received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Seeds All 11 Mountain West schools will participate in the tournament. Teams are to be seeded by conference record with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical percentages. The top five teams will receive byes into the tournament quarterfinals. The remaining teams will play in the first round. Paradise is an Unincorporated towns in Nevada, unincorporated town and census-designated place (CDP) in Clark County, Nevada, United States, adjacent to the city of Las Vegas. The 2024–25 UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team represented the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Runnin' Rebels, led by fourth-year head coach Kevin Kruger, played their home games for the 42nd season at the Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada. The Mountain West Conference men's basketball tournament is held annually to determine the men's basketball champion from the Mountain West Conference. The winner receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Basketball tournament, although they did not in the 1998-1999 season, the conference's first year in existence. The Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada has hosted the most tournaments (15), including the last 11 consecutive tournaments.
