2025 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2025 ACC men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament for the Atlantic Coast Conference held at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, from March 11–15, 2025. It was the seventy-second edition of the tournament, and fourteenth edition held in Charlotte. The tournament was sponsored by T. Rowe Price. Only the top 15 schools were invited to participate in the tournament. This was the first ACC men's basketball tournament in which all ACC teams were not invited to the tournament (barring suspensions). The 2023–24 NC State Wolfpack men's basketball team, NC State Wolfpack were the defending tournament champions, but failed to qualify for this year's tournament. First seed 2024–25 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team, Duke went on to win the tournament, defeating second seed 2024–25 Louisville Cardinals men's basketball team, Louisville in the championship game. Spectrum Center
The Spectrum Center is an indoor arena in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Located in Uptown Charlotte, Uptown, it is owned by the city of Charlotte and operated by its main tenant, the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The arena seats 19,077 for NBA games, but can be expanded to 20,200 for college basketball games. History The arena opened in October 2005 as Charlotte Bobcats Arena. The name was changed to Time Warner Cable Arena when the naming rights were purchased in 2008. 2024–25 North Carolina Tar Heels Men's Basketball Team
The 2024–25 North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball team represented the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was led by coach Hubert Davis in his fourth season as UNC's head coach, and is assisted by Jeff Lebo, Sean May, and Brad Frederick. The Tar Heels played their home games at the Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The Tar Heels began the season ranked ninth in the AP poll and defeated Elon 90–76, before traveling to Kansas to face first-ranked Kansas. The 2024–25 Miami Hurricanes men's basketball team represented the University of Miami during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The 2024–25 Boston College Eagles men's basketball team represented Boston College during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Eagles were led by fourth-year head coach Earl Grant and played their home games at the Conte Forum as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The 2024–25 NC State Wolfpack men's basketball team represented North Carolina State University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Wolfpack were led by eighth-year head coach Kevin Keatts and played their home games at Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The 2024–25 California Golden Bears men's basketball team represented the University of California, Berkeley, in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They were led by Mark Madsen in his second season as head coach. The Golden Bears played their home games at Haas Pavilion as first-year members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. The 2024–25 Syracuse Orange men's basketball team represented Syracuse University during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season.
