2024–25 Grand Canyon Antelopes Men's Basketball Team
The 2024–25 Grand Canyon Antelopes men's basketball team represented Grand Canyon University in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They were led by fifth-year head coach Bryce Drew and played their games at GCU Arena as members of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). The Antelopes finished the season with a 26–8 record, 13–3 in WAC play, to finish in second place. They lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament to fourth seed Maryland. Previous season The Antelopes finished the 2023–24 season 30–5, 17–3 in conference play, to finish in first place. They were both the WAC regular-season and conference tournament champions. 2025 WAC Men's Basketball Tournament
The 2025 WAC men's basketball tournament was the postseason men's basketball tournament of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) for the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The tournament was played from March 11–15, 2025 with the opening round at Burns Arena in St. George, Utah and the remaining rounds at the Orleans Arena in Paradise, Nevada near Las Vegas. Burns Arena was the home court for WAC member Utah Tech. The last time that a WAC tournament game was held at a conference member's campus site was in 2010. This was the 15th year that the tournament was held at the Orleans Arena. The Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds are the athletic teams that represent Eastern New Mexico University, located in Portales, New Mexico, in NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports. The Greyhounds compete as members of the Lone Star Conference for all 12 varsity sports. Until 2015, Eastern New Mexico had used Zias for the names of female sports teams, but the school announced that Eastern New Mexico will end the use of the Zias name for the female teams, choosing to have Greyhounds for both male and female teams.
